The only way there will be any closure on the TNR mess is if Beauchamp pens another item for TNR. I thought I read one military response that said he could talk to whomever he wanted once things were done. But I can't find it now and that may not be the case.
Anyway, Michelle is tracking with all the latest. I never much liked Intramural sports in high school, but this one is kind of fun. ; )
ps -- that doesn't mean I want to see any players, including Elspeth Reeve get hurt.

Hmmmm.
Unless there are specific mission-oriented reasons, there aren't any real provisions in the UCMJ for holding a soldier incommunicado.
But I seriously doubt that Beauchamp will write anything until after he's been discharged because of the trouble he's gotten into and the trouble he's caused others. I'm certain that fellow members of his squad, platoon and company have had discreet words with him about this nonsense and made certain he understood that this type of conduct was unsatisfactory. Plus if he opens his big mouth and starts something *new* then that'll probably make everyone in his company go completely ballistic.

Maybe Jeff Gannon could do a story on Beauchamp.
