Actually, this is very troubling stuff, as it tends to draw very little sustained attention from anyone. It's boring. But it's terribly dangerous. h/t NRO With money and the willingness to exploit Western systems of justice, Islamo-fascist elements can silence opposition legally. That's especially true given the feckless nature of many Western institutions.
Whenever David Irving's libel case against me comes up someone inevitably asks: How could he sue you in the UK? I explain that my book was bought and published by Penguin UK and therefore he could drag me into a UK court.
Turns out that now the reach of UK libel laws has been greatly extended. It's a frightening development. In an earlier post I wrote about Rachel Ehrenfeld and how she was sued for libel by the Saudi Khalid bin Mafouz for writing that he had supported terrorism.

Please stay on this story! And THANK YOU!
This case is an example of two things: the cowardice rife in the west and the bad laws that make such cowardice so dangerous.
I wish that you were kidding about this story but a Google Blog search shows that there are many cases of "Libel Tourism" and the Islamists.
As a Catholic whose faith sustains him, I wonder how Islam ever got to be an acceptable religion.

I think the relevant quotation here would be one from Jerry Lee Lewis...
