Republican Justice Inaction!

Can't he get a Scooter Libby Pardon, or is that too much to ask for?

What part of "all charges dropped" did you not understand?

Perhaps its the part where a General dropped them, rather than - say - a prosecutor or a judge. Kinda like a President arbitrarily ruling that you don't deserve any prison time cause you're such a heckava guy. It's unitary executive "screw the judicial system" privilege in full force. Why even have a military court at all?

Another victory! I'm so proud!

Terrorist lovers like IslamoLlama weep uncontrollably.

Excerpt from article:
******************
The decision to drop the charges followed an earlier recommendation from a hearing officer who listened to evidence in the case. Under military law, a commanding general has total jurisdiction over a case.

In his recommendation, Lt. Col. Paul Ware said murder charges brought against Sharratt were based on unreliable witness accounts, poor forensic evidence and questionable legal theories.

"The government version is unsupported by independent evidence," Ware wrote in an 18-page report. "To believe the government version of facts is to disregard clear and convincing evidence to the contrary."

Hearing officer = prosecutor?

Certainly legal ... and hardly the arbitrary "injustice" you describe, IslamoLlama.

As I said (with music) to your fellow-travelers on the Halliburton front lawn in 2004:

If you really seek peace, then protest the terrorists
Who crash planes and slaughter men like lambs
Your protests, my friends
Sound much like breaking wind
Your protests sound much like breaking wind

Why Rhonda Christamfordmum, what a nasty prose style you are displaying here. Somehow I have this notion that, if Lance Cpl Sharratt were standing in front of you, you would be a lot more circumspect in your choice of words. Why if you weren't careful, he might even rip off that useless little appendage of yours and stuff it into a thimble.

If Lance Cpl Sharratt were standing in front of me, it would mean that I was ordering my lunch from him at McDonalds and I don't eat that crap. After declining his offer of 'fries with that' I would thank him for his service though. He is a true 'hero'.

You would cry like the little bitch you are if you had to face anyone you make your crude and goofy comments about. I can just see it now. Bwahaha! chrissy would wet his panties.
