"--- I agree, historians will be much more kind to Bush than the media has been. ---"

Indeed, although I'm sure that won't sit well with the BDS sufferers (particular some of the liberal commenters here) whose mouths are frozen in a deathly grimace, awash with much foam and blood-flecked spittle.

"--- I agree, historians will be much more kind to Bush than the media has been. ---"

I also agree, but that says more about the current state of the media than any actual praise of the Bush Administration.

Gee, Karl Rove says George Bush is doing a Great Job.

***************
Of 415 historians who expressed a view of President Bush’s administration to this point as a success or failure, 338 classified it as a failure and 77 as a success. (Moreover, it seems likely that at least eight of those who said it is a success were being sarcastic, since seven said Bush’s presidency is only the best since Clinton’s and one named Millard Fillmore.) Twelve percent of all the historians who responded rate the current presidency the worst in all of American history, not too far behind the 19 percent who see it at this point as an overall success.

Oh, well if Karl Rove says so...

we really, REALLY don't like it when anyone dares to suggest that bush isn't the worst president of all time. this contradicts our painstakingly nonstop hysterical dogma. stop saying it or we'll sue you.
