An Imperialist in American politics? Now where have I heard that charge before? They usually reserve it for George Bush. If Hillary is acting imperialistically now, just imagine how she'd be were she elected President. The charge comes from Dennis Kucinich:
"Imperial candidates are as repugnant to the American people and to our Democracy as an imperial President."
The Kucinich campaign will immediately take steps to address the planned actions of the Clinton and Edwards campaigns.
No response from Clinton or Edwards, yet. Perhaps they're trying to find a way to let Dennis sit at the adults table during the next Democrat food fight - er, debate. My guess? They spin this into an attack by Fox for leaving the mic open and try to throw more red meat at the base while allowing Kucinich to continue nipping at their heels with little impact.

Isn't an "imperialistic power" supposed to have imperial leadership?
I must be missing something here.
