I also hope conservatives and libertarians show some support for Home Depot for having the common sense to stay above the political fray and concentrate on business, which is what business is supposed to be all about.
The Left goes after Home Depot for advertising on O'Reilly and Home Depot responds. Undoubtedly they want to point out their Eco Options campaign, which centers on Green causes. But it's also something of a poke in the eye to the allegedly liberal political rabble currently so interested in shutting down free speech.
Our advertising campaigns have one simple objective to communicate with audiences in the most effective way possible. The Company is receptive to many forms and styles of media as we seek a balanced representation of programming to reach our customer base. Unfortunately campaigns like this one cause us to take time away from our sustainability goals and address a variance of political views.


Good for them. Lowe's has the same eco-friendly stuff. No oil-based anything.
