The Left recently pointed to a fellow convicted of perjury and obstruction who was going to jail as Scooter Libby was having his sentence commuted, suggesting justice was not being administered fairly under Bush.
I guess now they'll really start to scream since this guy got 15 months for taking documents from the National Archives and last I checked, Sandy Berger hasn't served a single day.
Denning McTague, 40, worked as an unpaid intern last summer at the National Archives and Records Administration branch in Philadelphia to complete a master's degree program.
Assigned to organize Civil War papers, he took to stuffing them into his yellow legal pads and walking out with them.


I guess that stealing historical documents is a more severe crime than Sandy Berger stealing classified documents...
