I believe I have the Math correct on this, they don't exactly make it easy to figure out, or put the information right at top.
DALLAS — Federal agents and local police rounded up 121 members of street gangs during a series of coordinated raids in North Texas cities, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced Monday.
Let's go five paragraphs down:
Those arrested during the seven-day operation also included 45 U.S. citizens with pending charges. The others arrested included 72 from Mexico, two from El Salvador, one from Cambodia and one from Guatemala, ICE said.
Yep, I think that makes it just about 63% of the gang members were illegals, some of them now being charged for re-entering the country after having already been deported at least once before. And that doesn't include this MS-13 gang member sentenced to 37 years today for a gang rape the judge described as some of the most extreme and serious conduct ever seen. The defendant didn't speak English, more details of the gang rape of two teenage girls, 15 and 16, from Virginia, at previous link.
Some of the gang members illegally in the country have already been returned to their home countries or are being processed for deportation. Others are being prosecuted for re-entering the United States following deportation, said John Chakwin Jr., special agent in charge of the Office of Investigations for ICE in Dallas.

MS-13 and other such criminal gangs members should be dealt with summarily.

I think Jesus would smite MS-13 and the Blods and Crips. Smite 'em good. That's exactly what he'd do because they deserve it.

Were all 76 illegal or just not U.S. citizens?

I thought our courts were supposed to dismiss the charges if the defendant can't understand English. The poor, confused undocumented American gets 37 years and probably still doesn't know why. Are we not civilized? Perhaps America is unworthy of its foreign guests. ;)

Jesus forgives all sins - and if they (those gang members who went about raping little girls) repent and turn to Christ for forgiveness, they shall be forgiven.
However, that does not touch upon the fact that they have done evil against the sovereign people of this nation, and that the due civil punishment for murder and rape is administered by the state.
That is, those repentant souls shall be saved from the fires of eternal hell, but are still subject to the justice of Man (as alloted to Man by God).
Even in the New Testament we see this:
"--
13 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
14 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. (Romans 13:13-14, KJV)

Nutball alert level=elevated. Silly bible-quoters. Fox 'News' should run a ticker.

Nah, no ticker needed. But as for you, "chris" (or whoever you are behind all those sock puppets) ... you should really consider turning away from your sinful ignorance, (that is: repent) and receive Jesus's free love gift of forgiveness.
