LMAO "Meaningful?" The girl hasn't been capable of anything meaningful in her entire public life. So, what's changed? Lock her up, preferably in the tent that's been offered. But they won't. Paris' Mumsy would be too upset.

Paris Hilton's delicate state of mind is keeping her out of the courtroom ... for now.

According to a declaration filed by Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist who has seen Paris "off and on" over the last six months, Hilton is "not capable of any meaningful participation" in a civil trial brought against her by diamond heiress Zeta Graff.

Paris is not suffering from any mental problems she has always been this dumb. Her little bubble has been burst and now she has to mingle with the rest of the low lifes it will do her good. Anyway she will come out of this smelling like a rose with a book deal, a new girl friend or two and a reality show.

I'm just wondering why Paris earned Dan's ire for breaking the law? She's a rich, snobby, bitch just like the rest of the Republican Party. That Dan has choosen to side with California law enforcement (who have a well-known liberal bias) over the hotel heiress suggests, perhaps, that he only cares about enforcing justice selectively.
