So I click over to Instapundit's Debate Poll and when it opens up, I get this below. Fourteen hours of travel today and the whole world's gone insane? Conservative, or not, I think I'd probably vote for Fattah before downloading a Republican Ringtone to my phone.

Yes. What if they're intent on violating my constitutional rights, e.g. the 2nd Amendment? I'd have to think long and hard about meekly surrendering, with my hands over my head. And I'm not referencing Waco. That FUBAR has nothing to do with me, personally. Creeping restriction of freedom and governement confiscation is on the way. Mark my words. The libs are salivating.
My father, who I do still love and respect, messed up with the IRS and refused to pay taxes for a number of years. Our family paid a heavy price. I have had to really work to forgive him for what he did. But you know what? He knew he was defying the gov't and our laws and did so with a smile not caring what would happen to the family. Which was odd since he cared about his family in everything else...he was just so principled in this that he was blind. I learned a big lesson in that. I'm just glad it was not something more serious like illegal gun stock piling and acquiring grenades.

Would that be the Republican Ringtone you refer too? If so I agree but if that is Chaka Fattah I will, of course, rethink my position.
