For Captain Climate Gore. Would someone puhlease tell that idiot to shut up and sit down, now?
Science Daily — During the last 10,000 years climate has been seesawing between the North and South Atlantic Oceans. As revealed by findings presented by Quaternary scientists at Lund University, Sweden, cold periods in the north have corresponded to warmth in the south and vice verse. These results imply that Europe may face a slightly cooler future than predicted by IPCC, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Hey, cool. I've got a friend that goes to Lund.

"Would someone puhlease tell that idiot to shut up and sit down, now?"
Ah, ok. So this is a "global warming flat-out doesn't exist!" day, as opposed to a
"of course global warming exists, it's just not our fault!" day.
Now I gotta go redo my calendar...

Now scar, two can play this game. How about: "Global warming exists, there is proof of it on Mars." Or: "Global warming exits on Mars, this proves there is a human-type civilization up there."

Fred, logic only confuses them. They only know how to vomit out the stupidity they've been fed by there cult leader the Gorical.

Umm...if you\'re going to link to something, make sure it doesn\'t debunk your argument jackass. The cooling is caused by Global warming, which is not globally constant. The whole planet doesn\'t get equally hot everywhere. Al Gore actually spoke about Global Warming messing with the Great Ocean Conveyor in that movie you didn\'t see but know all about.
From the same press release...
\"The deep-water formation in the north is dependent on cooling of surface water with a high salt content. If sufficiently large amounts of fresh water are supplied to the North Atlantic, such as from melting ice-sheets or major increases in precipitation, the deep-water formation, and hence the transport of warm surface water from the south, may cease or at least decrease substantially.\"
\"Our results from Nightingale Island in the Tristan da Cunha island group, between South Africa and Argentina, for the first time give evidence of warming of the South Atlantic associated with cooling in the north. This is a major breakthrough in palaeoclimate research.\"
Cherry pick much? It\'s as if you COUNT on the ignorance of your anti-science friends. Just throw something up and make it bold. These idiots won\'t read the REST of the article.
Stick to jerking off to dead white girls, Dan Riehl. It\'s what you\'re best at.

jaim\e you\re an idio\t. You\r move\ment is fall\ing ap\art. time to hang up your birken\stocks.

So Dan Riehl uses a single quote out of context which is debunked by the other ninety percent of the article and you have the balls to be snarky?
Is that the best you can come up with? Calling me a stupid hippie? No wonder you people got kicked in the mouth last November. Care to address the parts of the article Dan thinks people like you are to stupid to read?
In your world George Allen is still in the Senate, because Dan called his victory.

Shew. You're not worth a comment, Jaime. phew.
Hey, Zif,
Any chance you can do a semester in Sweden? I had a foreign-exchange student from there, and of all the countries from which I had the pleasure of having a student for a year, Sweden is the one that interested me most. It's almost the perfect socialist state. It would be neat to see how things work for them.

The point is, Jaime, you are grasping at a movement that is over. Of course we should all conserve. Of course human actions should be moderated in an effort to sustain our ways of life. But Gore hijacked the issue for his own political gain, an entire scientific establishment arose to squash all dissent and, you know what?, the alarmist view is now (finally) being debunked in a backlash against the hypocracy of its narcisitic advocates.
Don't be the last one at the manmade global climate change party, man. Think for yourself. Reasonable people will find solutions without all the drama. Gore, Ms. David et al...they don't really care about global warming, and they will make you look foolish if you keep defending their junk science. They are toast, and it ain't from the weather.

The point is ET, that Dan used a segment of a quote out of context from an article that actually debunks his main point. That\'s the point. Nothing to say about that, huh? If he is so right, why be so blatantly dishonest?
\"foolish if you keep defending their junk science\"
Vast overwhelming scientific consesus equals junk science?

science is all about questioning consensus. You and your alarmist friends are demanding that all inquiry stop and that we move to adopt your agenda. That is not science at all. That is the politics of the deceitful, hypocritcal left.
why hasn't Gore corrected the many errors and exaggerations in his film. Wouldn't a real scientist or honest academic be comfortable modifying his positions over time as new data emerged? Not Gore. He is a politician and he wants your vote, so he has lied to get you panicked about a scourge he created. Don't be a lemming. Read the other side of the issue and stop defending stupidity.
