Terry Moran of ABC reveals himself and plays Tawana Brawley on his blog - it's always the white man's fault. While some of his points are just that, points, stringing them together in this ridiculous fashion for a column is ... well, ridiculous. What else is there to say without cursing too much?
These kids are not all rich, if any of them are, - which is what the media is leading people to believe. And how is it they received special treatment from the system? Because they went in debt to muster a defense?
Forget Imus, if ABC had an ounce of class they'd fire this jackass. And while they're at it, they should tell him his blog photo looks like a Gay Clint Eastwood impression. Money says he sprung to have his ass fat put into his lips.
DON'T FEEL TOO SORRY FOR THE DUKIES
Mike Nifong, the North Carolina prosecutor who pursued a case of rape and kidnapping against three Duke University lacrosse players, has been found to have been reckless and deceitful in the discharge of his duties according to the state's attorney general. He abused the power the people of Durham granted him. Based on the public record of what he did in this case, he may well be properly disbarred.
The accuser in this case has been shown to be either a vicious liar or a troubled fantasist.
The three young men who she accused are truly innocent of the charges brought against them according to the North Carolina Attorney General and the investigation led by his office.
But perhaps the outpouring of sympathy for Reade Seligman, Collin Finnerty and David Evans is just a bit misplaced.

*rolls eyes*
Why is anyone still talking about this, except to say explicitly and repeatedly, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" and receiving the response, "Yeah, that's great, just don't expect to be invited to the next kegger"?

You have to admit its pretty mean spirited to be slamming these 3 kids, who lost a year of their lives based on an obviously false allegation, spent millions on their defense, for drinking under age and hiring strippers! Then, adding insult to injury by basically saying, they'll be okay anyway because they're white and affluent?

Uh, nowinger, Zif had very little difficulty defending the three Muslim college lads who set the flag on fire, while it was either still attached to the house or on the front porch, I really can't remember. He had their backs. But he just can't bring himself to feel any empathy for wrongly accused white guys. Somehow, probably due to their whiteness, they deserved it. Serves those white motha' fuckas right.

It just struck me that they've decided not to press false accusation charges against the Duke Lacrosse liar because she has "mental health issues". Isn't that the same reason given every time some Arab goes on a rampage against people here in the US? Exactly why is this a get out of jail free card? If she is so seriously out of touch with reality then she is a clear danger to the next person or group of people she decides to claim raped her and society should be protected from her.
But the Imus story is important, not because he was right.. he wasn't, but because if Imus can't call women "ho's" on his show then nobody should be able to do the same regardless of their race, gang affiliation, or record label. I call for every musician who has used the term "ho" to be fired by their record labels and all music with such term to be no longer available for sale or download. Any comedian who has used this term should immediately be banned from television, radio, and any other entertainment medium. Such degrading speech cannot be allowed and must be stricken from our society immediately.

I remember I was in on that flag burning, no kill zone defense myself. But the Duke case is an abomination, they got hung out to dry in a case that any person with a brain could see was bogus. This idea that its okay for bad things to happen to white people, that we deserve for wrongs done decades or centuries ago, is the same racism and prejudice that every other minority/ethnic group has been fighting these many years.

Buzzy, nowinger, you two are about to get crossways with the "thought" and "race" police. But wasn't it a guy from Media Matters, the Soros-funded organization, who heard Imus and started the ball rolling? Then the liberal race-baiters got involved, and it was all over for Don.
I'm with you, Buzzy. Really, I have never really listened to Imus, don't listen to Rush for that matter, but if you listened to what Imus said, you realize he didn't intend his remarks to be racial. I think he was just made a fall guy by some of the liberals who pander to minorities, especially blacks. It was a sordid affair, and it will do more to chill free speech than anything Bush has done.

This creepy lil degenerate should talk to his much smarter brother Rick and get a verbal spanking for being such a moron. Terry Moron is the right name for this little creep, who dares to shame the seat that Ted Koppel sat in with such honor.
This class-warrior should be fired by ABC, or at least date Nancy Grace for charm lessons! Terry and Nancy are in a class by themselves.

Well, I agree what happened to the I-man was disgusting, but come on Templar. Police and the FBI infiltrating peace groups, taking their pictures and starting files on them as possible terrorists, then coincidentally these same people demonstrating or speaking out against Bush always turning up on watch lists, no fly lists and getting 'radomly' searched. Let's be fair here. The liberals shot themselves in the foot, it was a disgusting example of thought police running roughshod over peoples lives, it doesn't come close to the President of the United States legally curtailing peoples rights.

"Terry and Nancy are in a class by themselves."
Ugh. Don't get me started on Nancy "How did the raping make you feel?" Grace. If anyone needs to be falsely arrested for gang-rape in this country, its her.

For some of these clowns a rock falling from outerspace would be the white mans fault. This is a good example why I no long pay any attention when black people claim racism. They have played that card once to often on trivial things that could be handled with contempt.

Terry Moron says this: "They are very differently situated in life from, say, the young women of the Rutgers University women's basketball team". So, in his tiny mind, being falsely charged with a felony is on parity with hearing a slur from an aged DJ? Never trust a man who wears a cheesy hairpiece.

Nothing to add - you all have it covered.
But this: "...he sprung to have his ass fat put into his lips."
This is important. I had a girlfriend who got some ass fat pumped into her lips. She loved them. All nice and pouty. She went to bed all happy and feelin' sexy. She woke up and all the ass fat had slid and slithered over to the side of her lips. It looked like Mike Tyson had taken a swing to her mouth in the night.

another reason not to sleep with fat asses?

"Police and the FBI infiltrating peace groups, taking their pictures and starting files on them as possible terrorists"
That it began with Roosevelt and continue through every admin since is totally irrelevant

the creepy little degenerate - i *really* like that description of him - trots out his hateful and supremely hypocritical nonsense, and his employer beams proudly.
"hey! what's the problem here?", asked a publicity rep for the giant media company. "he's sworn his oath to the party; we have it on file. all you little people who have a problem with it can tune us out and go get your news elsewhere!"
fine advice.

It should be noted that in the Duke case, that even though these young men where falsely accused, prosecuted for political motives, convicted in the media and on campus by liberal, race-pandering people trying to further PC principles. Remember it was the Duke Lacrosse team that invited the lying, drug addicted, stripper, into their house. Remember the old proverb about the snake.
