Duke Non-Rape Case Statement

Ouch! It's time for the accuser to get some pub and be asked the hard questions. It would appear she is now the one guilty of a crime. Read it all.

The prosecuting witness in this case responded to questions and offered information. She did want to move forward with the prosecution.

However, the contradictions in her many versions of what occurred and the conflicts between what she said occurred and other evidence, like photographs and phone records, could not be rectified.

Our investigation shows that:

The eyewitness identification procedures were faulty and unreliable. No DNA confirms the accuser's story. No other witness confirms her story. Other evidence contradicts her story. She contradicts herself. Next week, we'll be providing a written summary of the important factual findings and some of the specific contradictions that have led us to the conclusion that no attack occurred.

No kidding. I've thought of that stupid woman several times over the last few days. She messed up Kobe so bad, and she walked. Women who do this and ruin families and cost the states millions of dollars ought to be held in contempt. A little jail time might make them think about their actions.

As for the Duke faculty members - that list is out there. I hope they somehow get dragged down when this all settles out. Duke is smudged thanks to a moron for a president and those faculty members. If nothing else, it might make effete academics think twice before declaring 'being white' a crime. It will all boil down to who pays those academics' salaries and the civil slaughter that is due. Oh...can't forget the alumni.....they wield a lot of power.

I am glad for these young men and their families that their ordeal, motivated by politically correct zeal, race-baiting, and the personal political aspirations of the prosecutor, is finally over.

However, after seeing the picture of the accuser, Crystal Gail Mangum, I must come to the conclusion that the Duke Lacrosse players must have been more "plastered" than they want to admit. Otherwise, if sober, though cleared of the charges, we would still have to prosecute them for
"Felonious Bad Taste"!

I mean, take a look at the picture. Unless really drunk and stupefied, why else would good looking young men like them want to see such a truly "nappy haired ho" strip, and on top of it, pay for it?!?! That is, unless theye were trying to make themselves barf-up all the liquor they'd ingested...
