Too many voters are ignorant and vapid as it is, the last thing I want is to see them voting for a President based upon sympathy. If the --Edwards'-- Snows' want to handle this with dignity, then get on with the political discussion and do what you said you were going to do. Stop allowing the press to use an illness to put you on the front page."

Comments at Hot Air have quotations from the Washington Post blog. Horrific. The administrators at DU posted a warning and are deleting bad comments. Huffington Post has cut-off all comments. The comments quoted are so despicable my brain did a disconnect. I don't know what Kos is doing, but there are some bad comments from there.

I hope for the best for Tony and Mrs. Edwards. It's doubly sad that both thought they'd beat the cancer. What a bummer for their sense of hope; but they are both models of optimism and strength for all of us.

No, LOL, he's no longer paid by the Govt, Clinton now makes money on the speaker tour.
