Here's what I can't figure out.

You 28 percenters seem to say one of two things, depending on which fact you're trying to deny:

A) The temperature isn't rising at all, nor are global CO2 levels. Oh, and the ozone hole is a lie, nothing breaks down ozone.

or

B) Okay, so the ice caps are about to melt and the salinity gradient that powers the gulf stream will probably cease, but it's either a natural process or entirely the fault of the Chinese.

Argument A is rapidly losing steam, but by all means, keep painting yourselves into that corner. You're not fooling anyone. I'm curious as to what argument B is supposed to prove, though. Should we just pack it in and hope that the Rapture happens before we face the unbridled wrath of Mother Nature?

I don't know of anyone who says the ice caps are going to melt, nor anyone who knows that the Gulf Stream will cease. That's liberal scare-tactic bullshit. And you know it. What are you scared of?

You guys don't believe the Bible, but you have the gift of faith as far as this UN- and climate-scientist-trade-union-sponsored propaganda is concerned. Talk about inconsistent. Why don't you apply some common sense to the debate? We have had ice ages and warm ups as long as we've had a climate. If you believe the earth is heating up, as so many do, why do you think this is unusual or some kind of catastrophe? A few years ago I moved from Connecticut to Florida. The average temperature of my environment went up significantly, especially in the winter. It was and is wonderful.

Is Al Gore anti tree? Trees need CO2 to live (all plants do) and if we reduce CO2 levels would be be depriving plants of this nutrient? Will Al Gore's evil scheme end up killing all plant life on Earth... Of course not, he knows it won't reduce the CO2 levels its a money making scam.

No kidding. Wouldn't it be nice to add reason to common sense and declare it a religion?

Fat chance... No supreme being to worship or curse. Some people can't seem to live without the need to worship something or to curse it.

This film destroys the left's position that there is "overwhelming scientific consensus that man is causing the climate to change, with catastrophic results." By its very existence, the movie proves that there is much disagreement among qualfied scientists regarding the rate of warming, whether it is local or global, and whether it is caused by GHG to any significant extent. The film also effectively questions the methodology used by the alarmists and the "dramatization" of their questionable results to advance their political and financial agendas.

Anyone who sees this film and contends that there is widespread scientific consensus is a liar. I assume Al Gore, who is given much credit for being intelligent and conducting thorough research on his pet topic, is aware of these counterpoints to his assertions. Yet he continues to make them. Therefore, he is either a) not nearly as intelligent as his disciples want to believe, or b) he is a blatant liar enriching himself on the gullibility of the liberal mind (think Jessie Jackson).

I don't know what over-representation is supposed to mean. Sounds kind of like "mis-underestimate" to me. Gore selectively presents exaggerated data to advance his agenda. If he was really truthful, wouldn't he acknowledge the scientists and their data that contradict his own and admit that we are not sure how big a problem climate change could be? No. That doesn't sell books and movies and position Gore as the savior of the entire planet. Where's the fun in a little reasoned truth?

Why is neither Fox nor any cable channel picking up SWINDLE? I think the public is really hungry for this. And likely it comes just in time to stave off rising political appeasement here. This really exposes the greatest, most expensive hoax ever perpetrated on mankind. Or at least since Uncle Karl promised the end of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat with the Worker's Paradise. It's becoming very apparent, from brainwashing of the Brits, if MMGW becomes accepted, every behavior, every item consumed will be measured on how much GW it will cause. This would let Big Government and the Nanny State into every aspect of our lives. MMGW is all politics, all denial of individual liberty, not science. A power play by Marxists, Luddites, anti-Americans, and Useful Idiots to win by deceit whst they could not win in the voting booth or free markets. This makes Orwell's 1984 look rosey. ...Notice too how technology is always negative. That it destroys the climate without even trying. But never consider that it could repair any damage on purpose. They also need global disaster sooner rather than later, because likely 200-300 years from now we won't be using fossil fuels. And in 25 everyone will see the lies. Maybe sooner if the predicted cooling cycle starts kicking in as some think.... Al Gore couldn't get two paragraphs into the real science of climate change. That's why he NEVER answers questions on it. He's an anti-intellectual propagandist, using lies, exaggeration, and selective 'data' to revive his career and pander armageddon. HE PLAYED ON OUR FEARS! What a hypocrite. Even Hansen and the NYTimes are jumping off the Inconvenient bandwagon. That's can only be coming from Hilly. Watch what she does to Hussein Obama. Definitely not for the feint hearted.
