According to the Denver Post, Tess Damm is fifteen years old.
i dont even know anymore...
i did something that i shouldnt have...
i did things that i shouldnt have...
but i did them...
with my two hands...
and one foot...
i hate myself for it....
i think i have been forgiven...
but...
it still kills me to know...
i just want to take a hammer to my head...
a needle to my veins...
i just want to drink a barrel of cyanide...
to make this pain go away...
its what i deserve for what i did...
Those words are said to belong to Bryan, Tess's boyfriend. What they appear to have done was brutally murder Tess's Mother Linda Damm, then party for weeks while she rotted in the home. And a piece of their lives and crime is documented on MySpace. See Steve Huff.

Hopefully the death penalty is allowed in his state.

Hey Jaguar, you jackass, they've already admitted to the brutal murder - the "proof" lies in the butchered body of that ho's mother. Get a life you loser. You're just about as stupid as they come.

It's a long long time behind bars. You can watch the birds, Tess, they are free and you will never be. Behind the smiles and joys lies a hidden darkness and now it has come to light. Remember your freedom, remember your friends, remember your parties, because in twenty years no one will remember you, Tess. (for Tess Damm, Colorado)

Jaguar, you have been on almost every page I have seen. You seem to be very immature and angry about this whole situation. I think you need to remember that you are only a child and just because your parents may have done the right thing and protected you from the real world, does not mean that we actually live in fairy land. When you kill someone and get caught, you usually go to jail or have to face the possibility of the death sentance. Just because your adamancy of their sweetness is professed on web-pages and blogs does not mean that they are infact nice people. The severity of their crimes tell us that in itself. And their crimes were not small to say the least. They have done the worst crime, crime against man, law and God. If you did not expect them to murder someone, and I doubt that you thought your "friends" were capable of that, then you did not know them as well as you thought do you?

Reality check for teens who think they are invincible. They drink and drive and kill themselves and each other, all for the sake of feeling good at the moment. Linda Damm did not have to die. The way she died and the way that her body was carted around afterwards, then stuffed into the trunk of a car, shows very little respect for human life. Life will be a very small area in prison for all of them. I would imagine Bryan is thinking now that it's probably not such a good idea to make your girl friend think you'll do anything for her. As for Tess, the poor little misunderstood thing.....I would imagine things look different from the other side of the bars. Jaguar, your attitude tells me that maybe you need to seek some help yourself. Another thing I have found in some of the posts online..... the ppl who rant the most about "being their friend" are usually ppl who passed them by before this.
