Update: Now that I've cooled off I do think it appropriate to look at the larger picture and take everything into account. I imagine the man in the video is a victim of drug addiction, poverty, and most likely, bad parenting, as well.

To really solve this problem, we need to be realistic, we should hunt down his drug dealer and parents and kill them all, too.

Although the Bible allows, or even commands the state to take a murderer's life as a matter of executing justice, upon re-reading this, it does not appear that either woman he assaulted suffered a mortal wound; the women suffered physical abuse and the robbery of their goods (cash).

A more Biblical sound method of dealing with that guy would be to have him flogged for 39 times (one set of 39 lashes for each guilty count) and have him make restitution for 4x the value of the items/cash he stole from them, to include indentured servitude, if he cannot imediately remit the value of the goods/cash stolen.

Additionally, if he contritely asks and receives forgiveness for his offense (from both of the women) after remitting the restitution, then he may avoid the lashes.
