Somehow I can picture Leahy and Schumer huddled in a corner of the Senate cloakroom flicking through pages of the Pentagon Papers and old yellow copies of the Washington Post circa the Watergate era, arguing over who has the bigger subpoenas, the Senate or the House.

The Senate takes the subpoenas up the bum tomorrow.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is set to vote on the authorization of subpoenas Thursday.

You watch, within four years the golden boys, Emmanuel and Schumer will be revealed as short term schemers who ultimately proved themselves to be unhealthy for the future of the Democrat Party as a whole.
