Mark Simone was sitting in for Mark Levin tonight and he replayed parts of an interview he did with Joe Wilson. The Mark Levin Show site is here, the complete show is available here - March 8.
I've edited the relevant parts in an mp3 below. Wilson admits to being the first to start leaking the story and also that he felt Saddam did have weapons of mass destruction. He states that he was applauding when Bush secured the resolution to use force. Also, in typical Wilson fashion, he contradicts himself. He insists his mission to Niger was not covert, but then describes his writing about it as a leak.
Also, as Valerie Plame was part of the CIA weapons investigation, if Wilson thought they had WMD, why wouldn't Plame?
Let me know if you have any problems with the mp3. Joe Wilson.mp3
As for the Yellow Cake Uranium, see American Thinker here.

"He insists his mission to Niger was not covert, but then describes his writing about it as a leak."
So every "national security" related action that the Bush administration takes under official auspices is immediately and fully released to the public? That's news to me.

"So every "national security" related action that the Bush administration takes under official auspices is immediately and fully released to the public?"
Apparently yes, if your name is Joe Wilson. The NYT is his preferred venue for delivering "reports"

Since when does the NYT care about issues of national security? They are always revealing secret programs run by the government.
Black sites, bank monitoring... those are the two that come to mind right away.

"The NYT is his preferred venue for delivering reports"
I thought the State of the Union was the preferred venue for delivering reports and the NYT was the prefered venue for delivering corrections and retractions.

Nah. THe NYT is the prefered method for Islamist groups to deliver their pseudo-intellectual elitist anti-American propaganda.

Is this interview for real or another Simone comedy routine? If real, it is a bombshell in a number of ways.

You don't know the difference between covert and classified, do you Dan? What a fucking moron.

Was Plame the CIA "WMD expert" who claimed that all of those stockpiles of chemicals found just as the war was under way were nothing more than pesticide?
