Speaking of Iraq, the amendment to strip the Senate Iraq supplemental of withdrawal deadlines survived a close vote. The vote was 50-48-2.

And with that, we are one step closer to taking back our troops and going home. Amen.

Every single intelligence agency in the United States has said Bush has made the United States less safe. Less safe. There will be a future attack and Bush will be to blame, not the Democratic Party who is trying to do something different.

The only silver lining to the fact that these terrorists are going to follow us home and attack us is the fact that by living out here in South Dakota we don't make much of a target. Now having said that take this in the spirit it is intended. You need to stop and think about this alittle more then you have been. First most of you who post here say that it is our fault that the muslim world is attacking us. The reasons range from our support of Isreal, our support of corrupt governments and/or our invasion of Iraq. But what about all the rest of the violence in the world that is associated with muslims?
Muslims are in some way or another involved in just about every major ongoing conflict in this world. Chechnea (muslim vs Russian), Kosavo (muslim vs Serb ), Indonesia (muslim vs Christian), Philippines (muslim vs Christian), Thialand ( muslim vs Buddhists ). Now alot of those countries did not and have never really supported us or Isreal. You can say that some of those countries deserve the violence that they are getting. My point though is that the muslim world is just pissed off at everyone and will look for any reason to come after us.
The Dems had a chance at the start of this war to really stand up and help. Instead they chose to stand back and critize everything that was done. Well you said you have a plan and you seem to be trying to carry it out. If it works hey good for you guys, but if your wrong. Well plenty of people have sat here and told you why you were wrong and you wouldn't listen. If it happens then the blood of everyone killed because of your decision to run away will be on your hands. And don't think for a moment that we will sit quietly and let you try and forget about it.
