Stratfor, a US intelligence company, believes that he was assassinated by Mossad, Israeli special forces, as part of their promise to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear bomb.

A small but important victory, and an excellent germ of a plot for a thriller: The assasination took place because of a failed financial agreement between Iran and North Korea. G. Soros was funding the project and had the scientist off'd when the nuclear material is sold back to China, then made it look like the evil Israelis were at it again. A brilliant plan but it runs afoul of Al Gore who discovers an offshore carbon signature exceeding normal values...

Think that would make it onto the Huffington Post??
