The driver, Ibrahim Ahmed shouldn't have been driving a cab as it was:
Ahmed has been convicted of misdemeanors including evading arrest in a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license, said police.
Perhaps some answers are in order from the owner, assuming this listing is still current.
