The Indian railways, the world's largest network needs a diaper. They dump over 100 tons of human feacal matter in the open daily, aiding in the spread of polio and other diseases. Indian railways need a diaper ASAP.

Thanks. The Indian railways needs to budget for getting the railways to wear a daiper ASAP. Any way the message can be got out, so we get public health the world over addressed, as opposed to more Billions of $ going to guns and weapons... ??

By the way, any information as to if the bombing and shooting and looting in Iraq and elsewhere that weapons and armies engage in, adds to global warming ? How can we get weapons sale to be banned between nations, and get a peace process going ? We need a globa peace summit ? Can we do it in Las Vegas ?

George
