It's true, you cons are whiny losers. Iraq has been a collossal failure in terms of lives lost, money wasted and goals met. On that basis alone, the GOP should be ousted. But combine that with the epedemic corruption (Delay, Cunningham, Abramoff, Ney and on and on) along with the closeted gays Foley, Mehlman, Haggard and top it off with the racism of Macacawitz and you should be happy to have only lost 33 in the House. I am struck by the fact that "They" won, but the anger persists. The Left has been so driven by seething hate that their big victory seems to have done little to abate the anger. The comments I see here are pretty typical. The time for complaining is over. Now the Democratic Leadership has to actually create one of those governing 'coalitions' they espouse all the time, and deliver the goods. Good luck. Pelosi has none of the wily steeliness or intellect necessary to juggle all of this. She is already misstepping. Give her a few months, and I predict a major debacle.
