Looks like some of the injuries were serious - two officers in serious condition.
HONOLULU -- Three Honolulu police motorcycles in President George W. Bush's motorcade were involved in an accident on Tuesday morning at Hickam Air Force Base.
Officers were seen lying on the grass at the base near their overturned motorcycles.
One of the motorcyle officer's bikes slid under the others, according to a spokesman for Hickam Air Force Base.
Two of the motorcycle-riding officers were transported by ambulance to Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Honolulu Emergency Services Department spokesman Bryan Cheplick said.
A 30-year-old officer was in serious condition, and a 36-year-old officer was in stable but serious condition.
No information was available on the condition or location of the third officer because he was treated by Hickam base emergency responders.
Bush is scheduled to meet with Hawaii-based troops for an early breakfast on Monday morning and with Pacific Commander Adm. William Fallon before leaving Hawaii for Washington.
He is scheduled to fly out of Honolulu at 9:20 a.m.
Bush arrived in Honolulu on Monday night for a brief stopover as he returned from a visit to Asia.
It is Bush's second stopover in the islands since becoming president. He plans no public appearances or fundraisers.
