And I am sorry that you think I will accept that miserable excuse for an apology. I did NOT msinterpret your words wrongly. I interpreted them to mean exactly what you meant them to mean, you arrogant, pompous, self-important, narcissistic son of a bitch. [Read More]

14 Woohoo!
Operation "Ignore and Blame" running well.
ConYou got Kerry to apologize. Where are you going to direct your fake outrage now? Hey. Aren't we in a war in Iraq? How's that going for us?
Posted by: jaime | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 05:16 PM
It was supposed to be "Congratulations. You got Kerry to apologize."
Posted by: jaime | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 05:17 PM
He didn't apologize, James. I know, it was a little nuanced. Although dumb former military types like me can get it, the Demo base doesn't understand. He sent in a paper that said he regrets that "his words were misinterpreted".
If Kerry wanted to apologize, he should start with his actions that led to him being enshrined in the Communists' Museum in Hanoi. He helped the enemy effort in VN, and he has done the same ever since.
As for how the war is going for "us", I guess we have to get you to define "us". You Demos have trouble with the littlest words, we have learned.
Like you, he doesn't like the military. That's why he cut himself shaving a couple of times and split as fast as he could.

Scew you. Don't you tell me what I do and don't like. You don't know shit about me.
And say what you want about Kerry's motivations, your king Jesus H. Bush was a fucking drunk during Vietnam who got his daddy to help him dodge the draft. He loves the war so long as he can avoid it. He loves the troops so long as he can hide behind 'em and talk tough. There is no comparison to Kerry's service and the service of the unrecovered alcoholic piece of shit playing little green army men with other people's kids.

How is Iraq going? Well, considering the actual strategy being used and the problems faced, I would say way better than I expected it to ever go. But then I am a pessimist at heart for the short term: http://ajacksonian.blogspot.com/2006/10/what-is-strategy-in-iraq.html
And, unlike the current two parties and their non-plans, one can find a way to stabilize Iraq, but you first have to have a *real* foreign policy. Which we currently lack. Still it would stabilize Iraq, or at least do so better than the sorry non-plan being offered currently: http://ajacksonian.blogspot.com/2006/10/plan-to-stabilize-iraq.html
I don't see the Democrats ginning one up to the table, either. But what do you expect from the do nothing Nation? It is what we do best at, just like everything else: http://ajacksonian.blogspot.com/2006/10/do-nothing-nation.html

"That's why he cut himself shaving a couple of times and split as fast as he could."
Since you were "in the military" please explain to me how you can cut yourself shaving and get awarded Purple Hearts? Is that what you think of the Navy? That they're so shitty that they give out medals during war time like candy?
The Swift Liars had ABSOLUTELY ZERO documentation. Every single official piece of documentation out of the Navy supported John Kerry.
Are you saying the Navy is filled with liars? They investigated Kerry and lied? What are you saying about the Navy "Military man"?
Posted by: jaime | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 05:53 PM
Scew you, too, James. (You know we cain't spell much, was that an insult?)
But seriously, I knew the thin veneer of sanity would come off soon.
BushHitlerevilalcoholicdidn'tserve. Try this on some stoned college kid. It's pathetic.
I can tell plenty about you by your comments and your dedication as a troll at this site. What do you care what Dan writes? You offer nothing in the way of real commentary. You are merely trolling, and not even doing a good job of it. I mean, you're not even funny.
At least Kerry is funny. He said today that Bush doesn't have the courage to debate a real man. That was good. Follow your leader.
Now, be warned ... I most certainly can see into your dark, vapid soul ... for I have touched the cape of Darth Rove. Here is what I see:
You are a mere partisan hack, Jaime, and an ineffective one, at that. And I think, by your logic, you are damn sure estopped from makin' fun of any body's military service.
Posted by: DC | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 05:55 PM
anyone else notice the eerie similarities between kerry and that nitwit who married britney spears? i mean, think about it: both depend entirely on mama for their walkin'-around money; both have a sense of self-worth inflated wildly beyond anything anyone else would consider to be rational; both see the world's contempt of them as somehow affirming their wonderfulness; and both of them would rather DIE than ever EVER admit he's wrong/untalented/an asshat/just a gigolo.
john kerry is k-fed in a suit & tie. when this is all over, he'll no doubt have teresa buy him a ferrari, just like....i think it's just wonderful the dems still trot him out at political functions!
Posted by: larry | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 06:00 PM
And just why can't you explain how the medal system works, Jaime, b/c you never served? It's true, the Rove cape mental reading powers are true!!?!
But GASP!!!! (insert dramatic music). If one never served, can they comment on matters of nat'l security? Stop. Only Republicans are so constrained.
No, the Navy is not filled with liars. They had one less, though, after John shot his self in the ass and got sent home. And just how was he discharged?
I guess we could look at Kerry's records, but wait ... they haven't been released. Never mind.
Seriously, take some of your Kos-Stituent Kossacks out with the bong and try some of these arguments. They are real swell and guaranteed to get dozens o' votes in Madison and Berkeley.
Shout it from the rooftops: JOHN KERRY WAS RIGHT!! THE MILITARY IS DUMB!! THEY ALL VOTE REPUBLICAN!!
Posted by: DC | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 06:03 PM
This coming from the guy who thinks the Navy gives medals to people who cut themselves shaving.
I've offered alot in real commentary, but am responded to with death threats and racism or it's ignored.
I never called Bush hitler. Sorry. Try again. And he deserves to be called a draft dodging alcoholic if the line of attack on Kerry is he faked his injuries or shot himself or any putrid BS like that.
I'm sorry the people you pull the lever for every other November are pathetic failures. I'm also sorry that they control practically the entire federal government. It's hard to blame everyone else for your mistakes when there really isn't anyone to blame.
And I don't believe in the power of Rove. Next week we're gonna see how full of shit he is.
But I promise not to vote for John Kerry next week. Is that reasonable?
Posted by: jaime | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 06:03 PM
"JOHN KERRY WAS RIGHT!! THE MILITARY IS DUMB!! THEY ALL VOTE REPUBLICAN!!"
I never said that you pathetic lying sack of shit. Don't put words in my mouth. You fake conservatives are devoid of all honesty.

"Seriously, take some of your Kos-Stituent Kossacks out with the bong and try some of these arguments. They are real swell and guaranteed to get dozens o' votes in Madison and Berkeley."
The hippie / college proffessor / limousine liberal meme is garbage. The anti-war, anti-Bush movement is your neighbor and your family members. It may be your wife or your kid. You are the 30% that still hold on to the faith in this failed administration and failed policy.
Posted by: jaime | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 06:10 PM
Jaime,
I should clarify. John Kerry's medical records reveal that he got at least one purple heart for a wound that was not as severe as a number of shaving cuts. There was medal inflation in VN, but Kerry took it to the extreme. He wanted out. And he didn't exactly shoot himself in the ass (That is hard to do, you know.) But he did get a ricochet off a wall after he went Gomer Pyle. Actually, I had to denigrate the military carerr of LCpl Pyle by comparing him to that slimy squid John Kerry.
Now, we could settle certain things about him with his full records. You asked re: documents, but ... he won't release his full records. Amazing. Why? He wants to run for president again. Interesting, isn't it?
Your calling Pres. Bush a "draft dodging alcoholic" is appropriate if ... inappropriate charges are made against Kerry? I understand ... Cuckoo. Cuckoo.
Re: Kerry, he may not be on the ballot, and you claim that everything (including all the good stuff, too, I guess) is the result of evil Republicans.
But don't forget ... Kerry voted for the war before he voted against it.
Posted by: dc | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 06:18 PM
Jaime,
Seriously now ... this is what is wrong with you Kossacks. You did, too, say that the military is dumb, Kerry was right b/c the military votes Republican. It's quoted in your comment above.
But really ... go back and look at what I said. I never said you said that. I was hoping you would say it, though, b/c I think you and a lot of your ilk believe it. That's why you vote for people like Kerry.
In short, I was making a point (with humor). But you Kerryites don't understand jokes.
Now, as for my daughter (9) being part of the anti-war movement, I am quite sure she is not. In fact, she was booing the TV this a.m. when John Kerry was on there. And my wife was genuinely greatly saddened by Kerry's comments. She told me she was reminded of a friend of the family, whose platoon is patrolling Baghdad as we speak.
You people don't get it. There is a huge part of the country that doesn't agree with you on very much at all. This is why your leaders go into hiding (Pelosi, Reid, Dean, et al.) and lie about their liberal beliefs (Harold Ford sounds like Jerry Falwell, i.e.)
Hey, I am not going to vote for Bush this election? Is that fair?
Posted by: DC | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 06:34 PM
"You people don't get it. There is a huge part of the country that doesn't agree with you on very much at all."
http://pollingreport.com/iraq.htm
There's a lot more of my ilk than there are of you.
"That's why you vote for people like Kerry."
I vote for people like Kerry because people like Bush are miserable failures and America's best and brightest in Iraq are getting limbs blown off. 800 casualties this month alone. 800. What happened to the flowers and roses and purple fingers and death throes, and WMD, and cake walk?
"Now, as for my daughter (9) being part of the anti-war movement"
I didn't specifically mean your nine year old daughter, ass. I meant the anti war movement isn't the smelly pot smoking hippies. It's 60% of the American people. It's people you know and care about. Their numbers are increasing and people of your "ilk" are dying out. Even architects of the policy like Francis Fukuyama are jumping ship. Hell, I bet you wrestle with doubts when no one's looking.
A vote for a Republican will be taken as a mandate for staying the course. 800 casualties a month courtesy of the Rubber stamp congress.
Posted by: jaime | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 07:28 PM
Kerry was FOR the joke.... before he was AGAINST the joke..... sounds like same ol' same ol' to me
Posted by: lyannea | Wednesday, November 01, 2006 at 07:31 PM
"Stay the course"
"We've never been stay the course"
Of course Bush's flip flops get people killed in Iraq.

Polititians have a vocabulary of their own and the media business to follow them and report on their slant of things.
A 98 year old lady in a nursing home I work in told me today: there are 2 things to watch for in any politician, what they actually say ( because that's what the politician wants the public to think of them ) and what the politician has actually voted for ( what the politician is REALLY like)
She said to compare the 2, do your home work, do your service (local, ect) and, if all fails after that, then bitch about it.

"jaime where did you hear there were 800 deaths in Iraq this month. I think you are wrong on this count of US soldiers deaths."
I said CASUALTIES. To be specific I wrote: "800 casualties this month alone. 800." 105 deaths (Another American died today while Dan Riehl tried to distract you with garbage) and apx. 700 wounded.
and you can link to it here:
