TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - Iran test-fired dozens of missiles, including the Shahab-3 that can reach Israel, in military maneuvers Thursday that it said were aimed at putting a stop to the role of world powers in the Persian Gulf region.
The show of strength came as Iran remains locked in dispute with the West over its nuclear program, which Washington says is geared to producing atomic weapons but Tehran says is only for generating electricity. The maneuvers came three days after U.S.-led warships finished naval exercises in the Gulf that Iran branded as "adventurist."
Ummm...Missle defense doesn't work.
And Bush's proposal (TIHS, not terrorism was his national Security priority when he came to office) was to cover only the U.S. not Israel you dumbshit.
And in case you haven't forgotten a Republican is President NOW. It's his failure. Maybe if he hadn't fucked up Iraq, Iran wouldn't feel it could get away with these missle tests.

And maybe if the left wing in America hadn't played pathetic politics, undermining our troops at every turn and showing only pure hatred towards Bush, and never a willingness to be team players because they lost an election (wa-wa), maybe these little men in Iran and North Korea wouldn't think they could actually be so emboldened. And surely a punk like Chavez would never come here and talk that way either. But no, America has an enemy within who seemingly would love to see us lose simply so that it may serve their political purposes.
The Kerry "joke" was a true reflection of how the left wing in this country really feels, just read and listen to how the left arrogantly defends Kerry, calling him a war hero after he committed treason after coming home from Nam, and now saying basically that he was right about the intelligence level of our troops. And they can't protect us either as they don't have the backbone or maybe they're just too smart to do that.
Our enemies are laughing at how divided we are and THAT is the only reason they are confident. Thank you liberals! Liberals have disgracefully spent a 6 year, non-stop, incendiary bashfest of Bush that's hurting our country by presenting an un-united picture to our enemy during WW3, which is what we're in, and what our enemies believe they are in with us. They have been emboldened by the left wing, press included. How does any newspaper that truly wanted America to win publish classified info, ala the NYTimes.
But I, as an Independent Marine veteran, must also get on George Bush's case about this whole thing because he just plainly takes way too much liberal bullcrap. We need alot more troops in Iraq and Bush should not care what the heck any damn anti-American treasonous liberal, of which there are many, says about it. Especially any Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Murtha, Dean, and certainly not any pathetic John Kerry, nor Ted Kennedy, who was one of the first to start calling this another Vietnam and emboldening the enemy when it wasn't anywhere near as chaotic as now, and also is now being found to have helped the Russians vs Reagan. Excuse me but, THESE ARE NOT GOOD, SOLID AMERICANS WHO LOVE THIS COUNTRY, so why is our president taking so much garbage off of them??

Biensur - Our terrorist enemies are emboldened precisely becasue our Democratic brothers don't think there is a war going on. It's all due to the "evil" George Bush.

Our woefully ignorant redneck/whitetrash/colored military are only being used as cannon fodder because we've reached 300,000,000 population and it must be thinned out. The demonrats are perfectly capable of protecting us, hell pay enough tribute and no one will dare harm us. Now run on out and work hard so you can buy heating fuel for people who dont want to work this winter. Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the house.........well, when the demonrats impeach Bush/Cheney, Nancy will be our first woman president.
