It's really well past time for America to tell these third world, sheep herding religious zealots in Iran that we're tired of the stupid games, so, excuse us while we reduce your war fighting capability back to the 8th century from whence you came.
Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei told visiting Iraqi President Jalal Talabani that US-led forces had to leave Iraq if security was to be restored in the violence-riven country.
These idiots would be lucky to land a spot cleaning pools in the US, having to do night shifts at a dry cleaners three evenings a week just to keep the sheets they wrap themselves in clean - and paying extra for the pillow cases on their heads.
Is there no sense of leadership or pride left among our political class as a whole? America does not have to squander her power and might playing step and fetch it with a group of low rent turban-topped circus clowns who get a woody every-time one of their own blows themselves up for the cause.
Dammit, we could blow-up a thousand of them at a time and they wouldn't even have to put on a vest if we only had the national resolve. This nation is so damned spoiled, it doesn't even know what a war is. To too many Americans, it's just an unpleasant sitcom that appears nightly on their TV and they've grown tired of watching it, so they want it to stop. They don't have a concept of winning anything anymore.
But that IS NOT the majority of America, despite what our weak-kneed MSM would have us believe. The majority of Americans would just as soon we took these idiots in Iran out with a single bolt of nuclear lightening, as play another round of ayatollah circle jerk in the sands of the Middle-East.

..."They don't have a concept of winning anything anymore."
Neither does Bush.
Your rant is disrespectful of an entire culture at best. Your rant does absolutely NOTHING in the sense of anything positive. It's people like you who fuel their fire.

We must keep the timing SECRET this time (not like in Iraq where we gave them a good 6 months heads up...). If we fail to do that they will surprise us - starting by filling their sensitive places with civilians just like Hezbollah does in Lebanon and Hamas does in Gaza. Good video in youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2G1TZKerTo

Good! I gave it my best shot!

When the US military pulls out of Iraq, I'm sure the Iranian plan is to be asked by the Iraqi faux-Goverment to assist in the 'humanitarian crisis' which may mean supplying heavy artilery, advanced RPGs, and armored vehicles to the pro-Iranian Shia carpetbaggers. That means SCIRI*, Badr-Brigades, and al-Dawa get weapons to take on both the Sunnis (Bathists, Nationalists, and Salafi) and the Mehdi-Army.
I would expect the initial strategy would be to destroy the Sadr-Movement/Mehdi-Army and cleanse the southern third of Sunnis to consolidate power before declaring it a Shia Islamic Republic. The carpetbaggers (Iranian trained and funded) are fine with dividing Iraq as long as they get to be in-charge and get the southern oil-wells - the Sadrists are against partition and are not strongly aligned with Iran. I also expect the Iranians will want to destroy some US-funded PKK terrorists by flattening a few Kurdish villages. I wouldn't be surprised if Turkey offered to help kill Kurds with a tank division of their own.

Bush has given us another "harriet miers" moment. And, he didn't win the last one, either.
This go-round? The complaints come streaming through from 3 spots. Where the Saudis are LOSING! Jordan. Which has absorbef one million, or more, fleeing Iraqi sunni's. Iraq, itself. Which only has two small militias; Sadr's and the Mahdi. And, lots of MIDDLE-CLASS ready citizens who participated in an attempt towards democracy.
WHile the bush insiders were not rooting for them AT ALL. ANd, James Baker has been called in because there is PANIC within the Saudi tents. Too bad for them. I don't think James Baker gets to convince the HILL, right now. Even though. Yes. The GOP has Chuck Hagel. And, Voinovich. But in comparison to the whole, the arabs don't get to "push an agenda."
If anything? The White House couldn't even get Lamar Alexander seated.
Whether Lott is bright? Or not? He was driven over by the Bush bus. As was McCain.
And, the MAINSTREAM didn't give Bush all the rope he needs to go hang, himself. But he's fast on that track, just the same.
Separate out the bullshit the media passes to us. It's just propaganda.
Olmert? He's doing what he did this summer. Trying to stay away from the shots Baker/Bush. And, "co-president" condi, have been shooting out at a rapid pace.
While it seems congress went home for the holidays?
When it returns? Frist is gone. Tom DeLay didn't stay to play. But for all we know? Bush is on the field now, trying to "halp" his saudi buddies.
While in Iraq? The sunnis are on the ropes. (It wasn't supposed to happen. But it did!)
Bush wasn't supposed to go around lying through his teeth. But given how little he speaks; the harriet miers momement came through loud and clear. What was that? Bush doesn't even care about his "base." He wanted the empty seat on the supreme's bench for his "little darling." Didn't get it.
So, he's been kicking the furniture. While the bush legacy takes a dump.
Was the bush venture costly? Yup. It was. Doesn't mean it won't provide a text for WHAT NOT TO DO as real garbage gets into the White House. From Nixon. To Jimmy Carter. To the both bush's. And, the next two years? Should be interesting. How's that? The arabs have no armies that will fight on any battlefields. They'll live among citizens around the world's capitols who are not amuzed by the saudi Wahhabist freaks.
And, that's another thing. Since I think the saudis are now on the ropes. Iraq's riches aren't their's to spend. Up ahead, a good kick in the pants can be done to the insane mullets. All's not well under those tents.
That's why James Baker is DESPERATE.
And, that's why Olmert is just avoiding the Bush's dodge ball. Sooner or later; the resistence to the "harriet miers mindset" will come.

Oh, and don't forget Lebanon. Owned by syria. And, Bush will try to "bribe" them with $200-billion dollars. I guess so their counterfeit currency can get "lost?"
You think Hamas won anything this summer?
I think everything got "postponed." While the sunni's are squabbling among themselves. IN OTHER WORDS, not all sunnis want to see themselves in the palestinian "refugee camps." Especially when those "camps" are in syria. and Jordan! Let alone what's going on in gazoo.
Did the Jews lose anything? Yup. 3 soldiers. But they gave as good as they got.
And, the diplomatic-pants-dancing? Watch Olmert. He looks like John Cleese. And, he can do the School of Funny Walks, up there with the champs.
Bush set his "agenda" out. But he's got no friends left! Worse. He's got no brains, either. ANd, the donks aren't going to give a female black co-president the option of succeeding. It just isn't in the cards.

Man that was a quality rant. I could feel the hair growing on your chest from 2000 miles away. But I donno. It reminded me of something. Something German sounding. Huburis is a terrible thing. What can you do.
Posted by: Sceptic | Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 05:13 PM
Something German sounding.
Not quite, as I'd have no desire to target innocents, only the evil idiots who seek to do us harm. Defneding oneself against an enemy all too happy to see you destroyed is not hubris, it's common sense.

Whatever the "rant" we've got Jimmy Carter in the White HOuse!
And, James Baker is the "fixer." With Israel to pay "some sort of price." But what price? The golan? To syria? Really?
I didn't even know that Jimmy Carter was anything but a failed president.
We're suppposed to divine "clout" from the shinanigans coming at us since this summer? Where's the success of #1701?
And, I believe we're seeing the "real" Bush because the Saudis are LOSING!
Bush doesn't want the SAUDIs to lose!
You know. The crapola that gave us 9/11.
We've got a man in the White House who is not a friend to conservatives. And, he's not a friend to the military. Just a guy who has sat on victory, now, for, oh. 3 years.
And, what caught up with him on election day? Yeah. I think he was surprised that he had "lost the mainstream." He didn't expect the GOP losses. HOWEVER, his plans? Have been on-going since this summer.
And, whose missing?
If I didn't know that FDR was VERY QUIET from 1938 onwards. If I didn't know the REDS were then DEEP INTO THE STATE DEPARTMENT. And, lots of democrats were union guys, high on the Marx belief that "workers were united." And, Stalin had buddies beyond the state department. Among the poor and middle-classes.
STill, Pearl Harbor changed everything. But prior to Pearl Harbor, hitler hit stalin! (So that the "change" was gonna be possible.) And, Americans, across this country, lined up to serve! And, we went through very tough war years! And, except for Patton, no one was "expended."
Then, MacArthur. Yes. The UN grew full-blown, with truman approval. (He then made sure to fire MacArthur.) Do you know why? After Dewey lost, the GOP mistake in NOT putting MacArthur on the presidential ticket of 1948, came home to roost the goose. And, the GOP got very worried. To the point of being marginalized. Hunting Reds? More by default than anything else. As the Marxists did succeed. Just the same. On college campuses.
Up ahead? With the Saudis finally on the ropes! Bush set the stage for Israel to lose? How odd. How against common sense. Rub your eyes. Harriet Miers couldn't make the rounds of Congress. And, juniors been in a snit ever since. Perhaps, the fool needs more rope? While the diplomatic-pants-dancers in the UN, hardly convince MAINSTREAM America! Two more years of Dubya, ahead? Hmm. A small office. Lacking in clout. CAN HAPPEN!

It's easy to be a Nazi when you don't have to actually stick anyone in an oven.
It's easy to be a pro-war gung ho neo-con when you don't have to lift a gun in anger.
Written like a true conservative coward. Digitally tough. Actually spineless.
Posted by: jaime | Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 08:26 PM
And it is quite easy to sit in your comfy chair, Jaime... and point the finger and resort to snarky little remarks.
Cowardice, in the guise of a certain promise - the disease of appeasement, will be found much like the stench of stale urine and filth in the public toilet - perhaps a very direct parallel for the so called "rule of the liberals" that Madam Pelosi and her ilk would impose upon us.
By comparison, most true conservatives would be a bathroom at the Waldorf-Astoria... yes, still a bathroom, and still subject to the odd splash of a misdirected stream... but one much safer and kept clean. You see, we don't have ALL of the answers... nor are we perfect.
But most of what we have to offer is far and away better than anything the Dhimmicrats will steer us into.
And as for your snark over pointing guns and being "digitally tough"... please tell us that you are actually someone who has served his country and spilled his blood, or seen the blood of his brothers in arms, and then you *might* be received even if you come in here speaking so flippantly. Otherwise, I will only disregard your idle speech (at best) as that of a pompous child, blinded by his own smug sense of self-righteousness.
Or at worst, you'll just sound like another whiny moon-bat that wishes to see our American daughters in burkhas, our young women and children raped and subjected to slavery, and our men killed outright simply for refusing to bow down to a false moon god.
The choice is starkly black and white.
Those regimes want nothing less than the global pacification and surrender of all non-muslims under their rule of Allah's sword.
I'd be much more happier if *the Islamist madmen* were on the receiving end of any nukes that might get tossed.

And I'd perfer not to engage with paranoid assholes with delusions of grandeur. War is easy with other people's kids. War is easy on T.V.
You are nothing more than another loudmouth noaccount coward who sees terrorists in their soup. You are willing to give up and destroy the very fundamental freedoms that make us America. The liberal freedoms. If this is the war for civilization, why isn't their a gun in your hand? Why are you posting from America and not Iraq?
Because it's bullshit thats why. This "war on terror" is your xenophobic wet dream. Terrorism has been happening all over the world for centuries and when it reaches our shores, the neo-coward Global playbook is put into play. Egghead cowards who never picked up a weapon play on the fears of people like you and we're stuck in a situation we can't get out of. Thanks.
Well...that playbook, and YOU and everything you believe about this war is a failure. That's why Bush got his ass handed to him, and YOU and your beliefs got kicked in the mouth. America wants you to go back under a rock. GO back in your corner for a time out and think about what miserable failures you are.

"liberal freedoms" like conservative (invited) speakers being shouted down at colleges, jamey? you mean liberal freedoms like that? damn, son: you really DO get stupider every day.
can't wait for the upcoming civil war, sonny. can't *wait*!

Thanks very much, Jaime, but I have picked up a weapon before, and I have fought for America overseas. If I were still in service, I'd have volunteered to go for Round II. In the intervening years, my own health is not as accomodating as I'd like it to be, and am unable to further serve as a result. But thanks for proving your lack of insight, and your willingness to jump to easy and incorrect conclusions.
As someone who is more than a little familiar with warfare, I have no reservations about completely annihilating an enemy that is equally determined to destroy me and my way of lfe, as well as my nation. When or if that war comes to my homeland, rest assured that I will do do everything in my power to resist. Will I be able to count on someone like you? I tend to doubt it based upon the spewings of literary vomit that you have graced us with thus far.
As for you, if you are so vehemently opposed to the USA and what it does, please consider immigrating to Afghanistan or Iran. That way, we can rightly regard you as an enemy combatant.
I understand they have places for people who are like you... either a trench grave, or possibly, an Islamic training madrassah for killing your countrymen, if you wish to turn traitor like your boy John Walker Lindh.

can't wait for the upcoming civil war, sonny. can't *wait*!
What? Is that what you call your desire to send fake anthrax to actors or to slit the throat of the pakistani cab driver or find the next Matthew Shepard to tie to a fence post and beat to death?
Civil War? Do you mean Iraq? Because you should be there getting shot at in your war. If you mean here in America, the only civil war being fought is a bunch of toothless backwoods hicks wearing camo gear and finding the next OKC federal building to bomb.
Man, you are a paranoid psychotic delusional asshole, larry. You're Travis Bickle without the balls.
Posted by: jaime | Thursday, November 30, 2006 at 02:37 PM
jamey, jamey, jamey. some how, at some point, (maybe last week, when mom took the 'puter away from you?), you made an ugly transformation from "proud pseudohispanic liberal weenie" into "angry pottymouthed internet badass". this is not good, ese.
i know this will be hard to believe, son, but...contrary to what teacher told you in self-esteem class.....the world really doesn't revolve around you and your childish little worldview. it's clear you THINK it does - as we can see from your post in which you hold 'other christians' in contempt for not meeting *your* standards - but, sadly, no, it doesn't work that way.
in the final analysis, sonny, you're just a noisy little liberal bitch, slavishly mouthing the anti-american dogma teacher spoonfed into you. too afraid to question teacher; too dumb to keep up with the 'haters' and their fancy notions about "honor", and "personal responsibility"; you sink deeper & deeper into your morass of self-hatred, spewing out your liberal idiocy onto a conservative blog in a desperate attempt to be noticed. you no doubt think you're brave to do this. actually, it's no more remarkable than a 4-year-old shouting "hey, look at me!!" to his elders. (well, you being you, it's be more like "hey, look at me, you @!!*#@@!!. you're classy that way.)
it WAS interesting that you immediately twisted a perceived threat into a tableau of the noble homo being tied up by the mean ol' straighties, though. ("you just want to find the next matthew shapard!!") i don't know what a psychiatrist would make of that....
