Democrats Can't Help Themselves
This is John Kerry's infamous joke in a different context and from a different source: Charlie Rangel. The Democrat leadership just can't help but insult our men and women in uniform. Rangel's an ex-Marine and he still can't comprehend that patriotism and a willingness to fight for one's country exists. No wonder appeasement is always their weapon of choice.
I want to make it abundantly clear: if there’s anyone who believes that these youngsters want to fight, as the Pentagon and some generals have said, you can just forget about it. No young, bright individual wants to fight just because of a bonus and just because of educational benefits.

"I want to make it abundantly clear:" and "Having said that...." are two phrases that should be deleted from the speaking lexicon of politicians. They are both qualifiers that basically suggest the speaker is lying or is playing offense/defense in order to play both sides of the field.
No wonder politicians are so rotten. They speak a lingo they don't even believe but expect us to believe.
There are a few out there who don't speak in 'politico-speak' and I find myself listening to them.
Nice to know Chas can read the minds of all our soldiers. What a magician.

We have a fine, well functioning society here. And only through the good work of the tradiontalist patriots through the years in D.C. Why the hell tinker with it?
Rangle, Pterosi, Hillary, Kennedy and on. All of them flaming SOCIALISTS. And all of them without even the grace and manner of a rodent..
THEY FOUL THEIR OWN NEST.
And my nest, thanks a lot. It ain't broke, but it will be, lest we rise.

After listening to Charlie Rangle, a few weeks ago on Neil Cavuto's (FOX) show talking about September 11-2001, Rangle's quote "Yes, I was in New York on that beautiful Tuesday, September 9, 2001....." doesn't even know what day we were attacked......how can they protect or even give advice to this country....disgusted with the whole lot of them......

Ummm...yeah, it is, that's why the Military had to change it's recruitment goalposts. They expanded the age limit, are allowing people who scored poorly on the entrance exam, are out of shape, and have a criminal background and mentally unstable.
To say that military recruitment is going ganbusters when you know they had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to get there is to absolute ignorance.
