I know links are a necessity, but there has to be another way. I think it makes a blogger lose readers for a bit. For instance, I clicked on this link and started reading the comments - as I invariably do. Gawd..... I laughed myself sick... Then I had to go do something offline. Seems there ought to be a way to get your readers to stay without linkering all over the Internet and forgetting from whence they sprung so nobly to find what's happening in the world.
