I mean why bother if people go around leaking almost everything to the press. But ... in an interesting development that could ... just could ... lead to some examination of this loathsome behavior ... according to the AP: House Intelligence Chairman Peter Hoekstra has suspended a Democratic staff member because of concerns he may have leaked a high-level intelligence assessment to The New York Times last month.
Here's a list of Dems on the committee and Harman was all over the NIE issue, perhaps, now, much to her dismay.
Jane Harman Democrat California
Alcee L. Hastings Democrat Florida
Silvestre Reyes Democrat Texas
Leonard L. Boswell Democrat Iowa
Robert E. (Bud) Cramer, Jr Democrat Alabama
Anna G. Eshoo Democrat California
Rush D. Holt Democrat New Jersey
C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger Democrat Maryland
John Tierney Democrat MassachusettsWASHINGTON D.C. -- In a letter sent today, Rep. Jane Harman (D-Venice), the Ranking Member on the House Intelligence Committee, urged Director of the CIA Michael Hayden to release to the House Intelligence Committee a purported second National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) on Iraq. The NIE reportedly paints a ‘grim’ picture of the situation on the ground in Iraq, but has been stamped “draft” by the Administration in order to prevent its release before the November elections.
Harman asserts that by withholding the document, the Administration is preventing “decision makers from having the information necessary to adjust a failed strategy” in Iraq.

Don't limit yourself to one suspect. After all, one other member of the committee is one of only 6 judges in the history of the US to be impeached and removed from the federal bench for bribery and corruption.
Can't say the "ethics" is his strong suite.
