Harry Reid's House Of Cards Coming Down
Along with his existing real estate troubles, it appears Sen. Minority Leader Harry Reid helped pay for his house of cards with campaign donations. I believe that's against the law.
It's time for Harry's house of cards to start falling down. He needs to resign.
Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid has been using campaign donations instead of his personal money to pay Christmas bonuses for the support staff at the Ritz-Carlton where he lives in an upscale condominium. Federal election law bars candidates from converting political donations for personal use. Questioned about the campaign expenditures by The Associated Press, Reid's office said Monday he was personally reimbursing his campaign for $3,300 in donations he had directed to the staff holiday fund at his residence.


I hope this pans out to skunk this guy. His sanctimony always bugged me - as if it was a cover-up for something. It usually is...

He's reimbursing his campaign for staff Christmas bonuses... now? And this is the leader of the party that's going to restore integrity to Washington?
Will they be getting around to that in my lifetime?
