Just look at that sick bastard. And he's an illegal alien the police once had in custody. But Denver is a sanctuary city, they like to keep their illegals around.
Her battered, disfigured body was discovered early Monday along a subdivision road north of Castle Rock, about 20 miles south of Denver. Investigators say Franco-Fierros had been dragged behind a vehicle for more than a mile, leaving a bloody trail. Preliminary autopsy results said she suffered fatal head injuries and strangled as she was dragged.
Jose Luis Rubi-Nava, 36, was being held without bail on a charge of first-degree murder.
Friends told the Rocky Mountain News that the woman lived with Rubi-Nava, even though he had a wife and children in Mexico. Cesar Gustavo Flores, 20, a roommate, said the couple sometimes argued violently.
Just another hard working, law abiding illegal alien doing jobs American don't want to do. I realize it isn't justified to tar all illegals with the brush of an animal like this. But it has to make you angry when we allow this sort of illegal vermin to roam around our country, when they should be put into a cage and shipped back home.
Absolutely one of the most pathetic crimes I've ever heard of. They shouldn't even bother with a trial and subsequent deportation, they should take him out behind the jail and shoot the monster in the head.

Well, for a change I agree with you.
Dragging a woman behind a car for at least a MILE is one of the most depraved forms of murder I can think of...
It's heartening to know that this animal will get a nice, free, vigilant defense at the cost of the American taxpayer....

I am as pro-immigrant as anyone but you have to have some kind of policy of if-you-can't-keep-clean-while-awaiting-approval-you-are-screwed, or else why even bother. Immigrants don't want freak-shows coming in to live with them anymore than the rest of us do.

As gross as this murder is it is not about being in this country the right or wrong way, it is about being part of the human race. To think one of our human beings could do that to another. Yes it makes one sick to think of all the tax monies spent for criminals, yes it makes me sick it wasn't at least one of our own (US), but what makes this so disturbing is the act itself.
This man should get the death penalty and we should bill Mexico for every penny the US has spent on the case. The monies then should go back to the taxpayers. Until we start holding people accountable for their actions we will see more and more crime.

Obviously, you realize that Mexico would never pay for court costs. Also, I'd like to point out that Mexico will not extradite persons facing charges to the US unless it is agreed that the extradited persons will not face the death penalty. This came up when a man who shot and killed a Denver police officer fled to Mexico to his grandmother who ended up receiving the reward payment offered for information on his whereabouts--every which way, we end up giving Mexicans money, it seems.

I understand how you feel about the case of this Mexican bastard, but just let me remember you something. this is not only about who is mexican or who is illegal in this country, no every single mexican is like this guy....
