Los Angeles, CA (BANG) - No more fighting - Jennifer Aniston has settled a lawsuit over topless pictures of her.
The former "Friends" star, who launched her legal fight in December 2005, tried to sue Peter Brandt claiming he invaded her privacy by using a telephoto lens - a long lens used to take pictures from a distance - to photograph her inside her home when she was "topless or partly dressed."
However, Brandt said he took the pictures while standing on a public street about 300 yards away from Jennifer's home.

Here's a headline for you righties. You believers in the gospel according to the Republican Party -- your opponents are called Democrats. They are members of the Democratic Party. Your guys are Republicans. Nobody calls any one of them a "Republic". There is no Republic Party -- it's Republican. There is no Democrat Party -- it's Democratic. Just because Rush says it, just because you people say "Mega-dittos" -- doesn't make it correct to refer to the Democratic Party as the Democrat Party. Any time anyone hears "Democrat Party", they immediately know the speaker opposes the Democrats. Also, you might find it interesting to learn the person in the White House is not the Prezdent. But that's a subject for another day.

So one person from the Republican Party is a Republican and one person from the Democratic Party is a Democratic?
You're saying you want to be called a Democratic?

I fail to see the difference from someone who lays in wait for celebrities and a stalker. Even if I were to concede the point, where are the boundries? To me, this is an invasion of her privacy.
