Well, this ought to be interesting. If it were up to me, he wouldn't have a country to go back to. BTW Bush is scheduled to speak the same day.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is to attend the summit of Non-Aligned Movement countries in the Cuban capital Havana in mid-September, an official said Wednesday.
"The president will take part in the summit of Non-Aligned countries in Havana," said the official from the president's office, who asked not to be named.
The summit of the 116-nation grouping is to take place between September 11-16, and Ahmadinejad is also expected to attend the UN General Assembly in New York that starts on September 12, the official said.

Ahmadinejad said in Tehran Wednesday that his attendance of the UN General Assembly would be a "suitable opportunity" to challenge Bush in a television debate.
"My forthcoming visit to New York for the UN General Assembly would be a suitable opportunity to hold the debate and all world people, especially the Americans, could hear and watch it without censorship," the news agency ISNA quoted the Iranian president as saying in a cabinet session.

Is it just me or does this bastard Ahmedinejad look like a literal incarnation of Satan?
I'm dumbfounded at the utter lack of study or knowledge of Islam and its history by even those in the intelligence world. These people have as an aim the vanquishing of all societies that do not adhere to their belief system. Whether they can pull it off or not is a separate debate; the point is that they want to, they have wanted to for centuries, it has been present as a factor in almost every global conflict, and it is stated explicitly in the hate-filled writing they call a holy book. What is left for us to understand? Why are we putting even one soldier's life at risk to defend us from people who are almost begging to be hit with tactical nuclear weapons?
How would we react if we were threatened by a feudal warlord from our own past, who wanted to take away our freedoms and return us to the rule of an absolute monarch? We would obliterate the son of a bitch. Why are we unwilling to do the same to modern despots, just because we're afraid of "being mean" to Muslims in the eyes of the world?

Oh Jesus, but you Americans have to be the most ignorant, stupid and mindless pricks in this whole rather screwed up world. When are you going to think for yourselves and rid your once so respected land, (well it was, to a fair degree respected) of the corrupt, lying warlovers who have so negated the respect we in the real world once had for you? You sit on your fat arses, and they sure are fat, while your loved ones are shipped out to fight another unwinnable war and are shipped back in coffins, poor bastards.

Unless your American Cecil, you would never understand. Poor Bastard.

Tell you what Cecil, as you eat flies and cower before your Dark master, we'll continue the fightin' and the dyin' whether you respect us or not.
We've never cared a whit what others thought.

Cecil is rather ignorant of American ways and culture. Must be French, eh?

Sheer act of desperation-Ahmadinejad is fighting for his life. Can't we shoo the gnat away.
Chaves doesn't know who he is in bed with-when the muslims have gotten what they want from him -one day he'll wake(or rather not) with his throat slit- all because of their inferiority complex.
Will a shrink be on hand at the UN?

Ah, the new find in the gulf has them all wetting their collective pants. Boo hoo..... If that isn't scaring Ahmadinejhad, his own countrymen are scaring him.
As for Americans - damn right we don't care what others think of us. The fact that saving-face is so important to Arabs will be their undoing. As for Cecil, I'm sure with that name, he's Twitish, and we know how they handle their give us your tired, your poor, your huddled terrorists yearning to blow us up ...... they facilitate it and then invite them to tea. Indeed.

but you Americans
And yet another country's ass we kicked somewhere along the way is heard from. LOL Too bad sucker, as long as you have lived and will live, you've experienced the profound sadness of not being able to measure up. And it shows. ha ha ha

The first thought that occured to me when they said Ahmadinejad was coming with Chavez from Cuba was that we could take care of two problems at once. Well, three if Fidel is there to see them off.
The second is that these two terrorist leaders should be denied landing rights within the US and arrested if they come within our borders.
