What the hell is going on with this stuff? MUch more via Rusty here.
Authorities evacuated a West Virginia airport terminal after a passenger's water bottle twice tested positive for explosives.
Up to 100 passengers were evacuated from the terminal in Tri-State Airport in Huntington, after security checks identified four items containing liquids in a carry-on bag carried by a passenger.
The woman, who was boarding a flight to Charlotte, North Carolina, is being interviewed at the airport by the FBI.
Security checkpoint screeners noticed the bottle in a woman's handluggage and a bomb-sniffing dog also reacted to the bottle.

The Magic Eight Ball says "False positive, the water bottle contained.....water" The woman has no ties to terrorism but she will nevertheless be charged with some type of trumped up crime for forgetting to take the water bottle out of her luggage.

First: full disclosure. I live in southern Illinois but my roots run back to W Va by way of Kentucky and the culture in this part of the state has more in common with W Va than Chicago. I'm not some blue-stater operating on stereotypes.
I'd give even odds right now she was carrying Moonshine whiskey, either for personal consumption or as a gift for whoever was meeeting her flight.
