I wanted to link this earlier, but blogger was down. Check out the bunker complex Hezbollah was able to build and supply, right under the nose of UNFIL.
Unfortunately, I don't have much confidence in things changing regardless of the new force structure.

Why are your Sidarth posts still up? You were clearly proven wrong.
Fess up to your mistake and make things right. Oh, I forgot... You have no ethics because you're not a real journalist.

Dan, you're making up stuff about how Google cache works. The retrieval date is--surprise surprise--the date that Google retrieved that particular html image from its server and put it in its cache. But you concoct a shifting set of rationales to account for each of your previous rationales being proven wrong, delete posts of legitimate commenters (I'm not talking about the flame, which I'm not taking part in), and then close posting so people can't even set you straight. With your actions, I guess you've answered my question about whether you had any intellectual honesty.

you'd earn a lot of respect if you'd simply retract your lies about sidarth, and blame your libel on your own lack of research skills.
the schtick of that site xoxo is to impersonate people. five minutes of research would have showed you that.
hack.

Two points:
1) It is likely that the autoadmit posts were not Sidarth for any one of the reasons already mentioned.
2) If it was Siddarth how is this relevant? If someone (let alone an elected official) uses a racial slur in public, is this somehow mitigated by the character of the minority he is insulting? Are you trying to prove somehow that Siddarth really was a 'Macaca'.
Listen - I'm an honest to goodness republican and this is not a partisan post or flame. I'm just pointing out that your post may seem intellectually dishonest on the first point and racist on the second point. I will NOT support racism or intolerance even in my own political party - will you?

"You have no ethics because you're not a real journalist."
Actually, with the "ethics" of journalists we've seen in the last several years, that could very well be a good thing.

Have to agree with you, Rwilymz. I've read this blog for almost two years and come back because I trust Dan's ethics. For those who drop in for a particular subject perusal and slam-dunk comment, just cool it.
