A good run down of events in Qana from an Israeli blog.
Update: EUReferendum addresses the role of the Red Cross in all this. The ICRC relies on local volunteers. I imagine many of their workers in Southern Lebanon are Hizbollah folks.
Here's the latest war news from the Middle East: Pajamas Media, or read a few regional blogs. I like to check the JP headlines, as well.

"The human understanding when it has once adopted an opinion (either as being the received opinion or as being agreeable to itself) draws all things else to support and agree with it. And though there be a greater number and weight of instances to be found on the other side, yet these it either neglects and despises, or else by some distinction sets aside and rejects; in order that by this great and pernicious predetermination the authority of its former conclusions may remain inviolate....." Francis Bacon (Novum Organum)
I believe this bloggers "good run down" about Qana can safely be put on the pile of excrement that contains Holocaust denials and Moon landing conspiracies.

"You call me misbeliever, cut-throat dog.
And spit upon my Jewish gabardine,
And all for use of that which is mine own."
