Media Madness

It's been a heady couple of days or more for blogs fisking the MSM and turning up different levels of disturbing events. I can also feel myself getting toasted on some of it in the sense of a need to slow down and take a breath.

Not a big deal as I see it, simply part of the ebb and flow of blogging. Individuals and groups of blogs get onto topics and start going every which-a-way. But that is how it's supposed to be, I believe. It releases what Michelle Malkin and others refer to as sort of a distributed intelligence.

Anyhoo, we'll see what tomorrow brings. But for now, here's a solid round up of recent events. It wasn't all that long ago that we were at the mercy of the MSM.  And, granted, sometimes when we fire back, we are as capable of missing, as our they. But at least there's more than one game in town these days And that's always a good thing.

If the part in this post is true about Large numbers of Iranian fighters being embedded with the Hizbullah, I find this quite disturbing.

15 Av - August 9
All times are Israel Summer Time (GMT +3)
11:24 AM Soldier wounded in Bint Jabaeil.

11:23 AM Rockets fall in open areas around Haifa.

11:20 AM Jameel reports: Large numbers of Iranian commandos embedded with Hizbullah terrorists (said in the name of DM Peretz). I will look for confirmation. Heard on 10:00 AM news on IDF radio.

11:19 AM Sirens sounding in Tiveriyah and Beit Sha'an.

11:00 AM 2 terrorists killed in Jenin in what seems to be a targeted assassination. Heavy fighting in S. Lebanese town of A-Taiybeh. Sirens in the north, Haifa, Zichron, Binyaminah, no reports of rocket hits.

Thank you Dan. You may need a break, but believe me your hard work is appreciated. The truth is always important. God works in mysterious ways and it seems as though right now the world of blogging is making a difference.

About all those pics out there....
