Haven't been following it, myself - but Fausta has some thoughts.
The Boston Herald is already breaking out the cigars.
Ynet news quotes several blogs, including RWV, regarding Qana. And HotAir has an on topic vent by Michelle.
A political aside, looks like this little crowd for Kerry may have all rode in on one little bus.
I see some concern around because Israel is facing heavy fighting. I believe that's much better than having Hizbollah fade into the landscape. Could it be they have many of them trapped in the south of Lebanon? What I wonder is if there will be a genuine or trumped up provocation by either side to pull Syria and / or Iran into the fight.
Despite the rhetoric, neither can be pleased about watching their proxy Hizbollah militarily destroyed. It leaves them looking incredibly weak ... often a fatal sin in that part of the world.
Here's the latest war news from the Middle East: Pajamas Media, or read a few regional blogs. I like to check the JP headlines, as well.

"...neither can be pleased about watching their proxy Hizbollah militarily destroyed."
You mean their 'chum'? As in the bloody fish and guts one throws overboard to get the sharks to come to the surface?
It makes me think of "The Old Man and the Sea"..... how patiently he reeled that fish in. When he managed to get it his little town, only the bones remained to prove his efforts. I wonder if Ahmadinejah and Bashar look in the mirror and see themselves as skeletal remains with bits of flesh hanging off their once stalwart spines?

Congrats Fidel.
You outlived most of those mooks who ran away to Miami carrying Batista's money.
Well done my friend.

If anything happens to Fidel and Co, then you have really got to worry when all those Cuban economic migrants come flooding into the US, and how can you deny them after saying they have been having such a tough time with Fidel!!
Unfortunately, unlike the Mexicans who you can always hope to send back, it wont be so easy with the Cubans. In no time at all you will have half of Cuba in the US, with the rest to follow!!
