Jason Coleman takes exception to Charlie Rangle's point about not calling Hitler a Christian fascist. It occurs to me the idiot Rangle gets Ways and Means if the Dems win in November. How's that for political terrorism?

Dan,
Exactly. This is a good reminder: The election is about choices, not a referendum. There will be consequences. Republicans' issues aside, the choices are very stark, particularly now.

Charlie Rangel is a complete fool. Anyone born in Germany, and knowing true history is aware that Hitler was a Jew himself by birth. But then again, why bother with the truth? Just wondering.

the "Hitler was a Jew" thing was soviet propoganda and not really substantiable. now, he came from a remote part of Austria where first cousins often married, and as often had random kids without being married, but even so, the only Jewish possibilities in his ancestry were a generation or two before him.
what's more damaging is that his name isn't "hitler", but schicklgruber.

You can disagree with Rangel, but referring to him as a "terrorist" is straight out of Demagoguery 101. I don't care what part of the political spectrum someone is on, that kind of CRAP has got to stop.

I said political terrorism. That's quite a different matter. And if someone is terrified old Charlie will get his grubby hands on the purse strings, the concept holds.

Hitler's passion was religion. His personal library was filled with books about all the world religions. Maybe it wasn't his 'passion' - as he clearly had others, but he did have an obsession with religion and read of it constantly.

Charlie personifies demagoguery. Kind of like Bill Cosby but in a bad way.
I'd like to see those two face off on Hannity & Colmes. For sure the two of them could keep Hannity's mouth shut for once.
