It depends on who you ask and how you define ceasefire. Looks like it's back to the UN on Monday, as I can't imagine this going on long without significant combat.
Nasrallah is playing it both ways. He's part of the Lebanese government when he wants to be, but apart when he wants to be. The feckless UN probably won't have an issue with that nonsense and try to negotiate something that allows Hezbollah to remain armed while Israel leaves Southern Lebanon. If Olmert signs onto such a proposal, he's absolutely done as Israel's President. That would be a total and humiliating defeat Israel cannot afford.
Allah has a good round up of pertinent links.
Also, turns out at least one of those cell phone arrests was linked to a planned terrorist attack in the midwest. He thinks the men had a complex plan to attack the Mackinac Bridge.
Here's the latest war news from the Middle East: Pajamas Media, or read a few regional blogs. I like to check the JP headlines, as well.

Ehud Olmert is the Prime Minister, not President. Moshe Katsav is the President. We shall have to wait and see before anything happens on the local political front. I suggest you go to www.ybnetnews.com and read what Yair Lapid has written and also what Effie Eitam wrote.
