We all can get carried away sometimes when posting. And judging from his reply, I'm afraid all the attention today may have Glenn Greenwald (GG) a little rattled. There's, I assume, a typo in the headline: Right-wing tempter tantrums....
And the several errors in his post his commenters helped him correct, even if he didn't annotate his post to acknowledge them. God knows, we all make them. I certainly do.
Paragraph 2: Should be "responded to me in this way" or "responded to my post this way" - Paragraph 5: ""Online Integrity" concept", not "concpet" - Paragraph 6: Last sentence should be (maybe) "but the whining" rather than "but the whiny"
You'll see, I made and corrected some grammar in my original post to GG. But, as a New Yorker, why he took this advice, I can't imagine.
Glenn, Great post as usual. Also isn't it "Punch" Sulzberger, rather than "Pinch"?
Though GG changed his post to now read Punch referring to my post here, obviously Pinch was and is correct. Punch is long retired and the current publisher was given the nick name as both a take off on Punch - and an acknowledgment of his cost cutting approach when he took over the helm. No matter, certainly he can change it back.
Given that GG's a lawyer, I certainly hope he didn't mess up any briefs today over this silliness. And it is proper netiquette to acknowledge edits in posts, I believe.
Now, if he'll only go over and apologize to Patterico - that, and my helpful advice should allow us all to put this behind us.
Ya think?
Update: As expected, Greenwald is dissembling. That shouldn't come as much of a surprise if you've observed him over time. The boy just ain't got the right stuff in the crunch, so he resorts to intellectual dishonesty. Sad. So much for the Left's new hero - not.

Maybe he meant to type "Right-wing temptress tantrums" ;)

I'm thinking that it's time to ignore him, again. He's worth no one's time.
