» THE GEORGIA CONNECTION from Michelle Malkin

I am totally freaked out. I live less then 20 KM from this location. With so much rural area around, what is their connection to this place?

I've been racking my brains trying to find a connection to Washago. Washago is so small there is a liquor store, a hardwarestore and a few tourist type stores. The one thing that might be of interest is that the VIA rail passenger train also has a stop in Washago on its way to Toronto.

Here's another news story with a tour of the property and a interview with the property owner.

Wow... my mom JUST told me about this now. I remember the bust happening however I had no clue that I drove past the training camp EVERY weekend on my way to the cottage! That's crazy... it's 10 mins away. I'm definitely going to have to take a drive down Cronk and check it out. However there's probably no sign of the camp left since this was like 2 years ago.

Oops.. I mean one year. I thought this all happened in 2005. My bad.
