Head And Driving A Deadly Combination

This is as tragic as it is bizarre. It's so utterly incomprehensible that about all you can do is laugh. Pic at link - a real animal. They should just take him out and shoot him now.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A man transporting his wife's severed head in a pickup truck crashed into an oncoming car, killing a woman and her 4-year-old daughter, police said. The impact sent the head flying onto the road.

What's incomprehensible is that he was due in court for trying to strangle her, that she was taking classes at the local "crisis center" and had allowed him to come back, AND that he had a previous record of spousal abuse in a different state ... and this entity is still walking around, free and untrammeled, capable of cutting off someone's head. Is his name "Mohammad" by any chance?

You know, read him his rights in case he might just blurt out that he did do it...then try not to destroy the case by beating a confession out of him...

Maybe I'm wrong. Probably be ok in this case for some citizen to be judge-jury-executioner and save the taxpayer a buck. Doesn't really matter if the guy is innocent, you know. Maybe someone else killed her and he found the head in the den, propped up in front of the TV, watching FOX news, and he went berserk, tossed the head in the car and went for a drive to think it over.

Regardless. The guy is a registered Republican. You may confidently bank on that.

Each one was totally fine with the notion of guys driving around with severed heads in the car, crashing and killing others as the head rolls down the freeway...I know I think that kind of thing is swell.

Thanks for the lecture. Actually I do have a brain. However, deciphering your comments did not require for me to use that much of my brain. I am a good Christian. I know that your argument is ridiculous because the Bible tells me that it makes NO difference how many of my wives I want to kill and behead and then drive around and kill more people. I'm goin' to heaven no matter how naughty I have been.

I can do anything I want -- as long as I convince God to forgive me, which the Bible says He ALWAYS will -- and I'm good to go. Are you an ATHIEST? If you read the Bible like me you would know that the Founding Fathers were Devout Christians and they created our system based on Christian Principals.

Why are you surprised that killers get out with a slap on the wrist? God lets them off with a light spank, and when the killers are proclaiming THEIR new religion while serving their abbreviated time in jail, of course we identify with them and want to give them 'another chance'. That's what God does, right?

Before you call me names and attack ME, why don't you try addressing the issue. What part of this ARGUMENT do you not agree with and why? I will now reply to your argument seriously.

I don't know whether you are a Christian or not, and quite honestly, regarding what we were talking about, it does not matter!!

There are Christians who have liberal attitudes, just as there are athiests who have hang 'em and flog 'em attitudes. You are choosing to cloud the issue by introducing the aspect of religious belief into this.

We are discussing liberal attitudes, and that means the letting off with light sentences of people who have committed terrible crimes. It is liberal minded people who are responsible for this, not God.

If you think that it is a good thing for paedophiles, rapists, and others who have committed serious crimes to be let back into society with a very good chance they will repeat their offence, then I would have to say that you also are a liberal.

One day, you or somebody close to you may be the victim of a similar crime, and it would be interesting then to see what you would have to say regarding sentencing.

Perhaps you would still maintain a liberal attitude and even want to try and help the person responsible. That would be laudable if you really are a Christian and maybe you could make them see the error of their ways, and get them to stop.

For the time being though, on behalf of all the victims and their families, and future victims of these offenders, it is a travesty that men and women who have committed serious crimes which have ruined so many lives, should ever be allowed back into society!!
