Bob Bolshevik Burnett gives us a look into the real agenda of the Left Wing of the Democrat Party - party being the operative word.
During this critical interval there are two types of actions that Americans can take to protect our democracy: political and economic. We can take political action to ensure that Democrats regain their majority in the House or Senate and stall the Bush express on Capitol Hill.
We can also engage in economic direct action: a widespread boycott or a strike. These days Americans are more familiar with the former than the latter. Since July, a national boycott against Exxon-Mobil has been gaining momentum. May 1st there was a massive national workers’ boycott supporting immigrant rights.
At a time when the economy is flying high as the primary proof that Republican fiscal policy, including tax breaks, does work ... what would Burnett and his party of leftists do? Call a strike right out of a Marxist handbook to slow it down, of course. What complete nonsense, unless of course ones ultimate agenda is communism, or some social democrat-ist alternative. The concept should seem absurd to most Americans, which is about the only thing preventing Burnett's dumb idea from being dangerous.
Individuals like Burnett are my real problem with the Democrat party. Their moderate or more mainstream politicians can almost be tolerated. Unfortunately, given the breadth of any sitting administration, political idiots who think just like Burnett invariably wind up being appointed by Democrats. And they work to undermine free markets and a genuinely free America in their jobs.
Thank God there are Burnett's of the world aligned with the Democrats and so willing to open their mouths and insert their feet. Without them, the Democrats could ride their shell game back into power. That's the last thing that America needs. Burnett's appreciation for Marxist policies and tactics do more than any conservative pundit could do to point that out.

A HuffPo buffoon calls on his fellow Americans to organize a nationwide strike to protest our anti-terror policies in Iraq and Iran:

"A HuffPo buffoon calls on his fellow Americans to organize a nationwide strike to protest our anti-terror policies in Iraq and Iran:"
What? A strike? So, don't go to work and invite your closest terrorist to lunch? D'oh.
Would there be a counter strike by Harley dudes protesting pro-terror policies?
I'm confused.

The economy is "flying high" for the privileged. Unlike the boomong economy under Clinton, today's booming economy is elitist - the rich are much richer, and the middle class and poor are struggling, especially with healthcare and, increasingly, gasoline/heating oil, etc. If the economy were truly riding high in a magnanimous way, the poll results would be far higher. The vast majority of Americans believe we have bankruipted the treasury, squandered infinite human and financial resources on our losing war in Iraq, and seen blatant corruption at a level that would've made Harding blush. A soaring stock market doth not economic prosperity for the masses make. This is a one-sided boom, and most Americans feel - justifiably - left out. No increase in the minimum wage for eight years but endless tax cuts for the super-rich. And you wonder why the GOP will lost the House this year?

President Bush is killing two birds with one stone with Iraq, he is going after the terrorist and helping to save the economy.
Unfortunately the left wing press you have in the US is doing a very damaging job convincing people like you that you would be better off under a Democratic leadership.
You wouldn't, in fact, most likely you would have gone under by now!!

"If the economy were truly riding high in a magnanimous way, the poll results would be far higher."
Poll results. What a farce. Who is polled? The average American? The average American on the street couldn't find Iraq on a map. They think the Lousiana Purchase is a two-for-one sale at Wal-Mart. Who cares what polls say. But, gee whiz, they sure have sway in the everlovin' MSM who touts and flouts them any chance they get.
An economy in a 'truly magnamious way'...... hmmmm. Is that socialism? I have it, by George! Get an education, go to college on a scholarship for free, think outside the box, start a business and get rich. Then you, too, can be magnanimous - just like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs. The American way.....

The middle class and the poor are always struggling. That's because they're middle class or poor. My God you are stupid.
