It appears I may have been a little harsh on young Alex for his indelicate remarks about Michelle Malkin.
I'm Alex Pareene. That's me on the right (though please note -- I'm on David's left). It is in my contract that all mentions of me in the press be preceded by the words "20-year-old NYU dropout."
That's especially so if he's the "scrawny white teen" with a tendency to get beaten up by black kids according to his US Congressional candidate Step Mother - Wendy Wilde aka Wendy Pareene aka Wendy Introwitz Pareene - as acknowledged and endorsed by Wonkette here. But it gets so much better, given she's a Common Sense Democrat Congressional candidate and all.
I may be hard on the Dems, but I didn't realize their Common Sense theme meant copping to smoking pot overseas, suggesting Reagan started the War On Drugs to give the CIA something to do while preserving the Military Industrial Complex, comparing the right to Stalin, Hitler, and the Taliban, and praising the RedState's poor for being more tidy than the poor in the Blue. Read on.
tell me why my scrawny white teen son has 3 times been beaten up by different black kids in different situations... twice robbed... once left unconscious... but never beaten or robbed by white kids? Our house has been broken into and robbed 4 times... 3 of the 4 times by blacks... once by a white guy... yet our area of town is 49% white, roughly 24% black and 23% Hispanic. If the population percentages were true to crime stats, my son should have been beaten up more often by white thugs, and our house should have been robbed by whites twice, blacks once and Hispanics once.
That sure is some talk coming from a former Air America Radio jock now running for Congress as a Common Sense Democrat, wouldn't you say?
She bills herself as a common-sense Democrat. - The StarTribune
I can't wait to see these planks rolled out at the convention. LMAO
If marijuana was decriminalized as it is in several European nations, soft drug users wouldn't be exposed to hard-core drug dealers, which would reduce the number of thugs selling drugs at Franklin and Chicago to I-35 ...
We visited several European nations last summer and were impressed while biking around Haarlem, Netherlands, to talk to residents and find that marijuana coffee shops are low-key places with no smarmy, rowdy, dangerous characters as U.S. anti-drug proponents might want you to think (whereas bars in the U.S. are often rowdy places where fights and other dangers lurk). I did smoke... it is not illegal there...
I have a theory: When the cold war ended, they didn't know what to do with all those highly trained agents... so President Reagan invented a "War on Drugs" to give the agents jobs and keep that part of the military-industrial economy going.
the "right" needs to be feared by the average U.S. citizen. These callers, the show host and the radio station demonstrated a lack of decency, a lack of respect for others, and a sheer cold-heartedness that would have made Stalin, Hitler, and the Taliban proud.
Well, at least she does appreciate the Red State's poor for their tidiness, apparently not displayed by their Blue State counter-parts.
I wonder if living in falling-apart buildings with no a/c in the sweltering
heat of the summer makes people resent their landlords and wealthier
neighbors, and so they throw their trash on the street as a form of protest and disrespect?Maybe not... but maybe.
Down in Texas they have no public housing and no subsidized housing. I
observed a lot of what we would call "one room shacks" that were owned by
those who lived in them. Most were as small as my living room and in
desperate need of paint... but I rarely saw one with piles of trash outside the door. Usually they were swept clean and tidy.
Anyway, she does seem to mention young Alex in her postings, can't say if she's ever updated to inform everyone of his current drop out status. So, for all I know, he's also the scrawny white kid always getting his ass kicked by those terrible blacks. Far be it from me to kick him around when there are enough Democrat Congressional candidates to occupy my time.
Our eldest son just graduated from the arts program at South High School
last year, a National Merit Scholar, and named "Best High School Editorial
Writer" in the state, and he is thriving at NYU this year.
So sorry, Alex ... hope this helps. I realize the Internet can be a most unforgiving thing.
Jesus would drum for the Fall for two or three gigs, before drunkenly leaping over the kit to attack MES on stage mid-concert.
everyone's in on the joke. including (especially) the BRAINWASHED MANIPULATED RED STATE viewers. they *know* what they're getting.
where fox is "nefarious" isn't in passing off their bs as genuine journalism (and they're a nice punching bag, but msnbc and most of cnn are just as free of journalism in any reasonable sense of the word) it's in the "talk radio" effect of both gradually radicalizing moderate-conservatives (yr uncle who listens to rush and is crazy conservative used to be a goldwater type, probably) and normalizing far-right beliefs (immigration/xenophobia! it's always been around, but the quote-unquote "mainstream" discourse on the issue is a bit further to the right than it woulda been, say, 15 years ago). (oh, and hey, that lou dobbs is on which network again?)Which is to say, Kanye wins on a technicality, as in New Orleans and most large American cities, poor people are primarily black.
If someone wants to make the argument that George Bush does care about poor people, I'd like to see some evidence.
