lol It's hard to tell just who is punishing whom now in this bizarre divorce. The way it reads, they didn't marry until relatively recently. But the Mrs. / slave, didn't wait to long after to file for divorce and ultimately a $60 million dollar settlement.
Being kinky is one thing, seems these folks may have taken it a bit too far. But, hell, also looks like they could afford it.
"This was a horrible thing for me to hear, because I have never been abusive to Kim," Anderson's affidavit said. Later in the affidavit, Anderson said O'Brien "obviously is making these claims to gain an improper advantage."
The couple met in February 2000 while skiing in Aspen. According to O'Brien's lawsuit, Anderson said he wasn't married and didn't have children, but she later learned both claims were false.
Still, they began an intimate relationship a few months after meeting. O'Brien accompanied Anderson on a host of business trips, on which he acquired valuable coins to "accumulate significant off-the-books wealth," according to O'Brien's complaint.
In June 2002, the two entered a six-page "slavery contract," according to the complaint filed by O'Brien. The agreement, which declared that it was not legally binding, spelled out rules between the couple and laid out three levels of punishment should the contract be violated.
Hard to say, but it reads like the Mrs. is pulling out their old sex games in an effort to cash in from the divorce. The slave contract can be read at first link above.
