Everyone brushed off the comments of DNC Chairman Howard Dean when he all but relegated blacks to helping out in the kitchen.
Now it seems he and the DNC undermined a black incumbent in New Orleans.
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) secretly placed political operatives in the city of New Orleans to work against the reelection efforts of incumbent Democrat Mayor Ray Nagin, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
DNC Chairman Howard Dean made the decision himself to back mayoral candidate and sitting Lieutenant Governor Mitch Landrieu (D-LA), sources reveal.
Maybe Kanye West needs to re-think his lyrics. Perhaps it's DNC Chair Dean that really doesn't like Black people, as opposed to Presdent Bush - who appointed both Colin Powell and Condi Rice.

What's funny about this story is not only that it's false (gee, do you trust everything you read on slimy Drudge???), but the real reason the DNC was there is to help usher out Jefferson.

I take web editions of four (4) national newspapers just so that I feel at the end of my reading time that I've got a somewhat clearer picture of what the story truly is. And because a well-known site or paper prints a "truth" doesn't make it so, does not make it so. I think that since we're publishing our thoughts and remarks for browsers to read, we need to be extra cautious in our posts. Rumours have scuttled some great campaigns.

Nagin is a racist. He wants a CHOCOLATE city. Well let another hurricane hit him and this VANILLA girl will not send any money to his racist azz. If a white Mayor had said he wanted a vanilla city, what do you think would happen?
SICK OF THIS CRAP!

teresa,
So you're saying because of one man's remarks, you would not send your money to help tens of thousands of needy people? All because one guy offended you?
Wow.
