Thats not correct , Windy . I clearly remember that the reason why Beth was forced to apologise was because one of the K brothers lawyers threatened to sue her after her .

UNRELATED: At a press conference in Arkansas yesterday , Beth was asked what her reaction would be if she were to meet a person who was planning to go to Aruba , interestingly enough she declined to comment.

Sorry, yes I see where it benefits GW that the info is given out. However I was thinking of the somewhat snide comments made about the boys orientation.

Yes Van der Straaten said he would close the case back in June of last year. Why to protect his friends son. That is why Van der Straaten
picked up the 2 security guards. To buy the main suspects more time.
That is also why before the main suspects were brought in he told the
ap that Natalee was dead becuase he knew the details of the case. Where would he get the details at that time if not from Paul and his son.

The ALE keep arresting new suspects and nothing ever comes of it that we know of. The head cop in Aruba has said all along he feels J2K are somehow involved. At this point I have no reason to disagree with him.

eggyokes - no accident at all. people who are not guilty would have done the right thing and call police or at least leave an tip to where the body is...guilty people lie and make someone disappear. Scratches suggest something else than an accident. Only a fool would think it's an accident and only a fool would think that if someone died accidently in your presence and you KNOW you didn't do anything you would call the police.....a certain drug was involved and so was some unwarranted sexual contact.

And note to Yoke. As far as the case facts are known, JK2 are the last to be seen with NH. Unless you can identify someone else, you cannot just make the statement that "its assumed". "Assumption is the Mother of All Failure"*

True, but we're assuming a lot about what Joran did or didn't do. I mean, remember the whole Dr. Phil affair when we were told there was clear and evident proof of gang rape and forced druggings? And then what happened because of that?

The facts are, we don't know a lot about this case at all. We know the boys changed stories, and we know that they were the last people known to be with Natalee. But that's all we know for certain.

Everything that came out of Beth, the Diario, Jossy, etc, are just assumptions. The police know the facts, but they aren't telling them. Everyone else is just speculating.
